Thanks for the shoes! I need some lolcats too please!

Forgot to mention I trained yesterday. It was a pretty lackluster session, because i was pretty tired.

Front squats - 1x40kg, 1x50kg, 1x60kg, 1x62.5kg, 1x63.5kg

Snatch - 6x1x35kg, 2x1x37.5kg

NG OH DB Press - 2x5x30#

GHRs - 2x5xBW+chain

Walking lunges - 2x10x30# DBs

OH Lockouts - 3x60kg hold for 15-20seconds

thats it. Just did some single front squats because i was pretty tired. Did a few snatches and some other stuff.

No shoes have enough arch support, so I add it as I need it.

These actually have more than many. They look flat, like chucks, but they've got more under the hood.
