Very impressive!
I'm jealous of your ability to get underneath the weight so quickly. The whole lift looks effortless for you.

Phew, forum back up! Thanks for the comments guys (and the thumbs up for the smurf tights..hey, on sale!).
Had a really good workout yesterday. We had a TON of snow so I couldn't make it out to my coach's place. I went to my regular gym instead.
Warmups
Snatch - singles up to 42kg (failed at 42 but got 41 without chalk even. This was my
PR in competition so I'm pretty happy)
C&J - singles up to 47.5kg (wasn't really happening for me so stayed at 47.5 for about 5 singles)
I'm training later today and then I'll have a couple days off. Heading off on a trip Tuesday.

Pause Front Squats - 2x20kg, 2x30kg, 2x40kg, 6x2x48.5kg
Close-grip bench press - 3x12x65# (I haven't done any sort of bench for over a year)

Holy crap it's snowing again. I need to revive the I hate winter thread. I'm heading to FL later today and hoping that the snow and high winds don't influence my plans. I'm packing my trainng gear and plan on hitting the gym while I'm there.

It's not that warm here.
The last three trips down here it has been unseasonably cold. I think it's my fault.
For you tea drinkers out there, I went to the teavana yesterday and had them brew me up a big cup of Bangkok Lemongrass Rooibos tea. Deeeeeeeeeeelicious.

Take a trip to the Orient with the zest of fresh lemongrass, tangy apples and candied citrus all tempered with sweet vanilla. A sweet delight to help soothe your stomach and relax your body and mind. A great way to relax just before bed!

So you're the one who brought this weather.
I mean come on. 32 is down right cold for this part of the country.

Is it good? I'll have to check it out.
So I trained at some local commercial gym here in Tampa. I was that crazy lady...who is she and WTF is she doing?
Speed Front Squats - 4x2x110# (aka 50kg)
Jerk Balance - 5x2x85# (38.5kg)
Clean grip shrugs from above knee - 2x3x45#, 2x3x85#, 3x3x95#
Reverse lunge off step - 3x8x25# DBs
Good workout. Jerk balances were good and I was really keeping that back foot planted. Shrugs were good too.
