Hey, that's something. Oh, by the way...I ordered a Tall Americano w/an extra shot yesterday. Mmmmm...delicious!
hell yea! I've been drinking a ton of green tea recently (not starbucks), and got a Joy tea today (the seasonal one). It was mmmkay.

10 seconds is the amount that we're allowed to let a shot sit without adding shit to it. then they turn from golden brown to the above color. The taste changes as well.

Hmmm, that might explain the occasional too-bitter-to-drink americano that I get served every now n again?
The things that are bad are the sugar, extra cream, and foo foo starbucks drinks to excess. Nothing wrong with black coffee w/ artificial sweetener a bit of cream.
Sorry for the rant. I love coffee! I've been drinking more green tea recently though. Usually 1.5-2 liters a day in addition to water, coffee and milk. I make a big pot the night before w/ 10 tea bags, refrigerate it, and usually drink most of it throughout the next day

I have this coffee maker at home, it is the shizz and makes awesome coffee. I use high quality espresso roast beans and drink it EXTRA STRONG with just a splash of half and half...no sweetener. I got this machine a year ago. Totally worth it.
Hey Zach. I drink a lot of green tea too. I also love oolong and white teas. Have you ever gone to Teavana? Not sure they even have one in your area, but if they do....check it out (looks like the only Indiana location is Indianapolis).
Jill, what's your tea flavor of the moment? I'm loving formosa nut oolong ... mmmmmm!
Nice coffee machine ... we have a Mr. Coffee!!
The Six-Summits oolong is great as well as the monkey-picked oolong. I'm really diggin' the oolong teas lately. I also love the Masala Chai (black tea) with a bit of honey and milk. The Sencha green tea is great and I just got a Jasmine green too.
I like the formosa nut oolong too! I have not yet tried the monkey-picked oolong.....maybe I'll have to try that out with the giftcard DH got me! (Like I need more tea )

do you get the espresso from starbucks? I remember on a board someone saying that you can ask them from beans from the hopper (the freshest)... we don't do this b/c we're not a company store though...
Nope, we don't have a Teavana here. What is it, any suggestions on what's good? I'll look around their website
I've actually just been getting the cheap salada tea, which doesn't taste half bad. I love celestial seasonings though. Their mandarin green tea is awesome.

I actually buy Illy espresso beans. They aren't oily and I think they taste the best.
As for Teavana...hmmmm....first of all you need to get the Perfect Teamaker which makes looseleaf tea a breeze to prepare.
I would then try a couple of their green teas in the 2oz sizes. I think the Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearl green tea is really awesome and the Sencha is a great unflavored everyday green tea. I am also a huge fan of the Six Summits Oolong tea as well as some of the white teas. Believe me...this is friggin addictive, but once you try their teas you will become a devotee of teavana. The perfect teamaker is a must though. Oh, I'm sure Tracey, Tina or Julie will chime in with their favorites too.
I can't really recommend school as an alternative. At least with most jobs, when you leave for the day you're done till next time. *sigh* If only I'd better cherished those years of doing nothing…
We haven't talked about shoes in a while. I bought these today. They were 75% off. Also bought a bag.
F*ck. This is very triggering for me. Now I want more shooooooooooez. In fact, I need some frikking boots to pair with tunics and tights. Might as well flash a gam every now and again haha.
