Trained today. Just an okay workout. I was on a trip all week and I might have stayed out a little too late a couple nights.
Still recovering from that.
Snatch - singles up to 37kg
Front Pin Squats - 1x3x45#, 1x3x65#, 1x3x85#, 1x3x95#, 2x3x105#, 1x2x105#, 1x3x95# (these were tough going today...failed on the third rep of the third set)
GHRs - 3x12xBW
Pushups - 3x12xBW

The nice thing about failing a pin squat… well, depending on when you fail, is that if you're already down there, it's like just extra rest.
I usually fail 5 inches up, and that's just high enough to be loud enough to ruin it for me.

I forgot how hard it was to train while dieting. Sigh.
C&J - 2x1x20kg, 2x1x25kg, 2x1x30kg, 2x1x35kg, 1x1x37.5kg, 1x1x40kg, 1x1x42.5kg, 1x1x45kg, 5x1x35kg
Front Speed Squats - 2x30kg, 2x40kg, 2x45kg, 3x2x47.5kg
Scaptions - 3x10x10#DBs
Chins - 5x3xBW (ugh, i haven't done these in ages)
Done. Overall I felt good with the speed squats, but clean and jerks were tough going today.

Nice avi Jill.
Yeah I've been getting back into training while in deficit mode... I don't like it, but I have to do it.

I know. Actually, the sundae wasn't mine! I had ordered a small hot chocolate while everyone else got ice cream or milk shakes. The sundae was merely for show.

Damn, you've figured me out!
Okay, so I know I can't expect to get any stronger while I'm dieting...but I get frustrated.
Front Squats - 1x30kg, 1x40kg, 1x50kg, 1x55kg, 1x60kg, 1x62.5kg (FAIL), 1x60kg, 1x60kg, 1x60kg
Walking Lunges - 2x5x25# DBs
GHRs 3x5xBW+10#
Bentover Rows 2x5x40# DB
Military Press - 3x5x25kg
That's it. I actually felt pretty good today but I was hoping to hit the 62.5kg today.
