Ooh, that would be awesome! I was actually wondering what I should set as my "goal" for front squats for next year. I was hoping I could get to 80-90kg by this time next year, but I wasn't sure it was realistic or not.
Well if you follow my super secret training methods, then you can hit 80+ by this time next year.

I think one of the requirements is having a webpage 12 feet long advertising said training methods for a reasonable fee, replete with testimonials as to its efficacy.

OMG..another workout! Despite my neck still not being 100%, I trained today. Didn't do any OL just to be safe, but I did some pin squats and such. Then I got a kickass massage.
Pin Front Squats - 3xbar, 4x70#, 3x80#, 3x95#, 2x3x110#, 2x3x105# (so I didn't realize until I did my first set of pin squats at 110# that i was using a heavy duty bar. I had intended to do 105# and was like WTF why is this so hard? Then I'm like DOH! My second set was ugly and so I decided to go down to 105. So the 110 is a PR by 10# over last week)
UH BB row - 3x6x95#
Bulgarian DLs (or whatever they are called) - 3x6x55# these are just brutally hard for me but i can really feel them in tha glutz

Doubtful. I BARELY made the 110#. In fact, I almost failed on the third rep of the second set. I'm like, WTF...last week I did 100# and it was relatively easy. That's when I realized the bar was thicker than usual and it must be heavier than 45#. I'll take it though.

I'm like a workout fiend this week. Since I'm not traveling this week I figured I should train as much as possible. I'm heading out Sunday - Wednesday on another trip so I'll have a few days off.
Warmup
Clean & Jerk - worked up to 45kg. Jerks were not really working for me today so I stopped and finished up doing just cleans up to 50kg. Those were feeling good
Interesting training session today. My coach is out of town, but a few of us got together to train anyway. Snatches went really well and I was able to snatch up to 39kg fairly easily. Missed 40 after two atempts. Started warming up for Cleans when one of my buddies dislocates his right shoulder doing snatches. Yowza, you do NOT want to have that happen to you. The guy was definitely in shock because he was totally out of it and pale and clammy. I was the good samaritan who took him to the hospital and waited around while he got xrays and eventually treatment. Shoulder popped back in just fine, though he's out of commission for a while.
I'll be doing some squats tomorrow and then off for a trip to a few days (NYC this time).
