Hey look, a workout!

C&Js - singles up to 45kg. These were feeling pretty good up until 45kg where I lost the zing in my jerks. I'm tired today, it's 92 degrees and reaaaaaaaaaaaaaallly humid

Oly Front Squats - 3x47.5, 2x50kg, 1x52.5kg, 3x50kg, 2x52.5kg, 1x55kg

RDLs - 3x8x55kg

Chins - 4x5xBW

That's all. Tomorrow is another rest day and coach is back on Saturday.

Here, is this more your speed?

For rain on your parade, I'd suggest galoshes in patent leather.

Or rubber...

Since that is the one workout post for this page, I'll offer a one workout comment for the page.

Still lookin' good, Jill. But I bet coach blasts your ass next week. lol

So, what's the single main thing (or two) your coach emphasizes to you? What's he give you to earn his keep? I'm mostly wondering if it's something any hack like me should pay attention to, or if it's specific to you.

One workout per page - good density. Carry on.

My coach tries not to clutter my brain w/discussion on technique at this point because it just messes me up. Right now we are concentrating on RELAXING my arms, shoulders, grip. I tend to tense up and it really messes with things. He also emphasizes moving fast to get under the bar. So...pick it up and get under it FAST. Not sure if that helps you at all.

So let's talk some more about my cool new bike! I luv it. I want to ride it more and needed an option to include my son in the process. I first looked into one of those trail-a bikes like Bytsi suggested (thanks!), but they don't work w/my bike because of the rear rack and also cuz I'm short and if I raise the seat high enough to ATTACH the trail-a bike, I can't touch the ground. Sooooooooooo, I got one of those bike trailers. I know, not as cool as a trail-a bike, but my kid loves it. I tested it out this morning and we had so much fun. Lugging 40 pounds of kid on a hill is not all that fun though. Luckily I live in Michigan and it's pretty damn flat.

Looks like this...
