26C ~ 5*9 + 32 = 45 + 32 = 77F + 1.8 (.2*9 for each digit you rounded down on the division)
32C ~ 6*9 + 32 = 54 + 32 = 86 + 3.6 = 89.6

Just a meh workout today. Low cals suck. I'm making some progress though and I should be dunzo in a few weeks if all goes well.

C&J - singles up to 42.5kg, I think I did about 15 total

Dips - 4x8xBW
OH Shrugs - 4x8x70#

That's it. I was supposed to do some back squats today but I wuz tired. I'll do them tomorrow or Saturday.

I'm glad I read your log before heading to the gym. I think I'm going to add some OH shrugs to my routine today.

For quick conversions google calculator is your friend.
enter: 27 c to f
result: 27 degrees Celsius = 80.6 degrees Fahrenheit

I have gotten good at doing kg to lbs in my head. But what really messes with my head is when my coach throws a pair of 45lb plates on top of all the kg plates.

Low cal does suck. Hang in there!

And I'm totally stealing your list of stretches.

Side bends with arms overhead - 2x15 seconds hold each side
Seated alternate leg reach - 2x15 seconds each side
V-reach - 2x15 seconds hold
Seated Leavator stretch - 2x15 seconds per side
Romboid Stretch 2x15 seconds hold
Lying reach - 1 minute hold

I have also added a couple activation exercises to my warmup including one for my hip flexors. Hold a medicine ball or a foam roller between knees. Squeeze and hold a few seconds x 12

Not sure why, but hip flexors are no longer sore.
Oh, my. My hip flexors are in desperate need of help. Totally going to use these. Bless you.
I also just wanted to pop in here and say hello. Hello.

I've been really tired the past couple of days. I haven't slept well in a couple weeks and my appetite isn't great (stress!!). I had a suprisingly good workout though. Coach is out of town, but a few of us got together to train.

Snatches - up to 35kg. These were really on today. Decided to keep it at 35 though.

C&Js - singles up to 40kg. Felt good, but I still didn't push the weight too much since I simply haven't been eating enough this week and I was losing steam

Front squats - 3x100, 2x105, 1x110, 3x105, 2x115, 1x120

I got some wrist wraps and used them for the first time today. Made a huge difference...my wrists don't hurt like heck now.

I'm off to New York tomorrow...but just 'til Monday.
