I've been lurking, and always enjoy your log. I have been to Berlin too, before the wall came down (2 weeks before actually), it is a cool city. I walked around alot and went to the zoo and the Olympic Stadium, etc. Good beer and nice people.
You said you lost 12 pounds too, how did you do that? Diet of course, but a certain method? Just curious. I am 5'3" and I'm counting calories and measuring food right now, seems to be working....but I am hungry alot!

My interwebz is still broken at home. I'm hoping it's fixed this week. We had a big storm last week while I was gone and it knocked out power for 4 days and the cable/internet is STILL down.
My trip to Germany was great. Complete training and diet break. Had a light workout yesterday to get back into it. I was pretty lagged and went to sleep last night at around 7pm.

middle of winter, ice storm, tree on the house. No power. Had gas fire in bedroom though, awsum... and grill to cook all the food that would otherwise go bad.

Yeah, it was my husband and son who had to weather through without power though. Hubby was NOT pleased to say the least. Luckily it was summer. We had an extended power outtage one winter and it was 30 degrees in the house. Horrible.
