Got a new Teavana order today ... mostly tins and a mug ... what's your favorite blend? I'm really into MateVana and Rooibos Chai ... in the morning mostly. I like my Pistachio Apple Pie in the evening.
Nope, not going anywhere exciting this time. Just my usual at-least-monthly trip to FL.

As for the tea...I like the Dragon Pearl and Sencha green teas, the Six Summits Oolong, Marzipan Rose black tea, and the Pistachio Apple Pie. I haven't tried the Rooibos Chai yet. Add that to my list. Ooh, a little birdy sent me two kinds of white tea that she didn't like but that I love. Peach Luna and Snow Giesha.

Didn't get a chance to get to the gym this morning as I wanted. Work is too busy and now I'm in Florida. No workouts 'til Saturday.

I hear Florida's nice.

Except for the cesspool that is everything south of Port St. Lucie.

I haven't lived in Florida since March 30th.

I'm Australia's problem now.

Overpriced mouse ears, old people, and suntan lotion -- don't tell me Florida isn't exciting!

Florida is fine, but non-vacation travel is just work. I don't mind the Florida travel in the Winter though. That's not so bad.

I'm not a big fan of flying, but I'd take a business trip to Florida in the dead of winter!!!!

FINALLY got to train today. It was a loooooooooooong week at work so I was really happy to be able to get together with the coach and other lifters and do some liftin'.

Snatches - 2x2x25kg, 5x1x25kg, 3x1x30kg, 2x1x32kg, 2x1x35kg, 4x1x37kg, 1x1x40kg (PR)

C&J - warmup w/25kg, 3x1x35kg, 2x1x37kg, 2x1x40kg, 1x1x42kg, 3x1x45kg, 2x1x47kg, 1x1x50kg (tied PR).

I rippped a damn callus open doing snatches. I usually share a platform/bar with another lifter. She was using chalk today and I'm just not used to using it and it rips my damn hands open. Grrr. This one is not too bad though. I was really happy about the 40kg PR for the snatch. It wasn't too bad. The 50kg C&J was not pretty though.

Tomorrow I plan on training again and may take some videos to post so I can get some luv from Manny. I'm feeling neglected over here.
