It's some mobility/body movement stuff that I picked up awhile back based on a suggestion.
Nothing really magical, but it's got some nifty drills in it that seem to make my bad spots work better.

I really try to keep it easy reading, but I do have a tendency to err on the side of complexity. I'm sure it doesn't help my audience much (or maybe it does, who knows), but I just can't bring myself to dumbing things down to a point of oversimplification.
It's ironic since my entire premise is "keep things simple". Sometimes you have to out-science your competition to show how simplicity comes out of the complexity, though.
Maybe it costs me readership, but on the bright side the people that stick through it end up better off, IMO.

Forgot to update, did a conditioning session earlier today.
Power Clean + Hang Clean + Push Press, 60kg for I think 10 sets, minimal rests
KB swings, 16kg 2 sets of Lx10/Rx10/both hands x10
15 minutes on the bike
Also I'm really depressed after just watching a 69kg Chinese girl demolish a 128kg snatch and a 158kg C&J

Did a workout Friday, but didn't bother updating it.
Staring a new regime today, trying to get more conditioning stuff in. Since I hate doing conditioning by itself and usually talk myself out of it, I'm trying a new strategy that baits me with weight training and then throws in conditioning crap afterwards.
Today:
2-board, 2 warmups, then 90 (198)x5, 112.5 (247.5)/2x5, 100 (220)/2x5
DB incline, 40kg/2x8
Heavy bag work - 10 minutes or so of just wailing on the bag, resting, and repeating

RPEs felt a bit high today and I was kinda feeling "the flu". Don't want to push things too hard right off the bat, so I skipped the intervals I had planned.
