been close to 10+ days since I last hit Flat BB bench. hit 260x4 on my last set. not sure what weight or reps to do. spring break is next week and I enjoyed 6xs3 squats so much, think I might carry it over into this week. probly hit today n tomorow 6x3, then up the reps, then maybe take a good 4 days off or so. be back soon with numbers.
Speechless. This is the biggest and strongest of my life. Every time i go to the gym I gain a pound and throw 10 lbs more on a lift. I swear someone is putting something in my water. It has had some consequences, my waste is over 34" and my thighs and butt are getting riddled with stretch marks. My eating habits are putting me in the poor house, and none of my clothes fit anymore. bout 31 more days left. the last 7 days will be a transition week though. add jump ropin back in, probly rest allot from the weights, maybe max on the bench and start to drop the cals a bit.

BW-193.3. Todays weigh in was special. I usually hit the gym from 3pm-9pm so most of my weigh ins are at night. Today I hit the gym at 9am(man was it awesome, freggin empty) so not only was this the heaviest I have EVER weighed(even if by 1/3 a pound) it was also the earliest, and it was only in my skivvies.
I was thinking about starting my cut a week early, but after today, and all the compliments I have been getting, i think Im gunna stick it out and just try to get as close to 200 as posible.
Real quick, my cuz is commin to town probly monday night till about thurs since we have the same spring break, since I havnt had a week off in a while, im gunna take those days off. Nothing but beer and chicken wings!

this is real smart. You're cutting yourself short in terms of muscle and poundage you can lift, if you keep cutting so soon. You're lean enough where 200 or a little over will still look very impressive and still be lean.

yeah alco, lets just see if i can get there in time. I wont cut into the 12 weeks of leaning out though. plenty of time to gain weight again after I get back to a healthy bf. I am betting I will gain a solid 2-3 during spring break, just from the chicken wings, chipotle and rest. haha.
....Today was the last day for my training parter to hit his legs before he left for his cruise, so we somehow came up with this retarded game to play. I give you: "To Fifty or Failure".
Rules were simple, pick a weight that is heavy for 8 reps. Perform as many sets as needed until you get 50 reps, you hit failure you lose and are done. You get all 50 you win, what do you win? bigger legs.
not sure if it sounds as hard on paper as it was in the gym, but it was an experience, all I can say. we were in the squat rack for an hour. My legs are destroyed.....and I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to my car after.
Might start my week off today, not sure. one thing is for sure, its gunna suck to walk tomorrow.

Basically, you take a deck of cards, and you can use them to determine your workouts.
You could just take them, and the face value of the cards determine the number of reps or sets. You could make the Ks, Js, Qs wild, or as 10. So, if you draw a queen and a jack, you would do 10 sets of 10, or make it wild, or redraw. Or, just draw individually, so pick a weight, and draw a card, and that's how many reps you do for that set.
Or, you could make the cards like the spades be squats, hearts as bench, etc.

hahaha dude im so gunna do that one day. Alright Alco, Ive decided to play another game, its called 200 before april 1st. April 1st gives me roughly 86 days to cut, just a lil over 12 weeks. Should be enough time to get to 7-8% on my B day june 25th which is my goal. This means tomorow when I wake up I have 25 more days.
Now I am not talking about first in the morning empty stomach weight, Im talking just 200 in general, walking around weight. Im at around 194-95 now(never in my wildest dreams would I thought I would be saying that) later in the day. probly more at night, so it is deff possible. lets just ay its 6 lbs I need. This means I need to consume an EXTRA 21,000 calories in 25 days, or about 840 a day....EXTRA.
Can it be done? Yes. will it all be muscle? No. Will it be cool? Yes. Guess im doing it.
This will conclude these three intense months with close too 20 lbs, gained. If even half of that is pure lard, and 3 of water, hell I just put on 7 lbs of MUSCLE in 3 months. Eat my shorts Thibs.
Im going to chipotle in your honor right now Alco.
one thing i think you're still cutting yourself short by setting a date on when to stop bulking and when to cut. Remember Tony G? Awhile back, a few years ago when his knee was still good, he put on 30lbs of pure muscle in a year, w/o any noticeable bf gain. And, all natural. I don't believe he did any cutting, but just slowly upped the calories. It was one of the more impressive things i've seen done in a year. He had visible abs the whole time.
Basically what i'm saying, is don't pick a certain date to end your bulk. Do what you have been doing what's giving you such good results. Don't speed up the calories and gain added fat just to get to a certain weight. You have your whole life to get to 230+!
I do think what you're doing is a very good idea though. You're not going to be walking around w/o a shirt on 90% of the time, so build up those shoulders and traps as well!
