BW-188......

After the last set of Deads, this punk ass friend of a friend comes up to me and says "I saw some little kid about to throw out his back, then I realized it was you". First off I weigh more than this kid and he has the nerve to use the term "little" to someone who just played with 395 pounds. He then tries to justify his inability to perform at such a level by spouting all kinds of nonsense that I didnt ask about. He then says "Like I dont see a point, when in real life would you ever have to lift that much weight from the ground with a bar?". "When you want to get stronger" was my reply. Racked my weights and walked away. Freakin clown.

Good lifting man.

No one has ever bothered me when I'm doing deads. I may get a funny look/stare, but I'll usually just stare back till they look away.

didnt feel like strippin for the scale since I weighed in the otheday but wanted to check if the 188 was a fluke non the less. No fluke, 191 with my shoes on. Still have allllot of time left before I start to cut, hopefully I can hit 195 before then, but anything over 190 is a victory.

lost my ipod, n I cannot for the life of me jump rope without it, hopefully I find it soon.

Im scary close to hitting my goals in weight and lifts that I still have over 30 days to get. Way ahead of schedule as of now. Went to the store and bought a butt load of good food. tons of couscous, whole wheat pasta, steak, extra lean pork....tons of goodies.

And a 6er of samuel adams cream stout as a reward.

I cant bench more than I squat. I squat to my heels. I can just deadlift a freakish amount of weight for my size, always could.

Back in HS, I used to DL allot cause of wrestling. I was repping 3 plates back when I weighed 150.

I can "PL" squat allot more but I like to squat DEEP. If my hams dont touch my calves its a failed lift to me. I dont plan on competing in a pl meet so why train for it?

Alco for the shoe,, thats just between us

I didn't mean higher as in the actual number is higher, just the numbers relative to bodyweight are higher than you're squat numbers.

So just a natural super deadlifter, I guess thats a better way to look at it . I used to squat but to heels too, until a month ago when I decided to do some powerlifting this year.

gunna take a quick minute to explain something. I have just about 33 days left before I start dieting down. While overall strength and size is my main goal(strength always outweighing size, its just a sickness. Id rather be small and strong than the other way around), im gonna start putting more emphasize on what I consider my weak points. Dont be shocked if you see shrugs during DL days. I am loving the two upper and lower sessions a weak, so I am sticking with them. Much like how my two leg days are different(one DL focused, one squat focused) my two upper sessions will be two.

what does this mean? for the first time in my educated lifting life......i will be doing an "arm" say........

Dont get me wrong, my "arm" day will not be a frat boy arm day.....no....it will be ..."TheArmday". You will see tonight when I get back from the gym what I mean by that.

bw-192!@!@!@! weighed in at night but still. heaviest of my life. I didnt post any of my weigh ins from last week because I just didnt believe them. I weighed in at 188,189,190 and was just dumbfounded.

Good to know that all the money im spending on food is going to a good cause. At 5'7.5 and 192, im starting to feel pretty decent. None of my clothes fit anymore. I have to actually go out this weekend and get new clothes. Just remembering how excited I was to start buying Larges, to now buy XLs......im just plain gitty.

Ive got 33 days left...gunna ride it till the wheels fall off. To those of you who have been following along and supporting, thank you. I promise to not disappoint.

way to go man. what do you want your ending weight to be? You need to break 200+ i say. A very lean 220 at 5'7" would be huge.

Alcho, I have have about a month left to bulk,to make sure I have the full 12 weeks to lean out the RIGHT way. After that though, Im going strait thru the winter. I doubt I could ever get 220 lean, but my long term goal is to be like my idol.

Zane was listed at 5'9 but id be willing to guess we arnt too far apart in height. So Ideally I wanna walk around at 200 at around 10% and diet down to about 185-90 shredded during the summer. Got a LONG WAY to go.

you're already close to 200. Your goal could be attainable in a few years if you're consistent. I wouldn't say it's a long ways off!

I dont see why you couldn't hit a lean 220 in a few years.

The problem is, the only method I know how to do this requires you to weight about 250lbs at one point I did it and couldn't be happier.not for everyone though.

it wouldnt be possible, naturally at least. I couldnt even imagine the joint pain and just general discomfort of walking around at 220 at my height and with my bone structure. I dont wanna look like ronnie, i wanna look like steve. Dont forget I started my quest at 110 at this same height. 250 is pushing it a bit.

Holy shit, I remember those pics. Even if you don't think so, they are still impressive. But, 220 lean? I think you can do anything you set your mind and will to do.
