Yeah, I actually am enjoying it. Summer is going good, getting ready to move into my apartment and start over at a new school. I'm really excited. And I love working at the gym.

Ugh, it's been a LONG time. But, I'm back and let go of the NROLFW... I missed the straight up lifting, no middle steps or working your way up. Back to balls to the walls lifting

The only opportunity I had to bench was in the middle of my workout so I took it. It was because of cleaning and things going on in the gym that this happened, I wasn't happy about it...especially because it was my first day back at the bench in a couple of months, but whatever. And I was ridiculously sunburnt on my back and didn't realize it until my back hit that bench with the weight under it...ouch. Good workout today overall though, I'm not dissapointed!

haha. i plan on staying this time... the end of last year was so hectic for me, the end of my first year at college AND i was transferring b/c i hated it there. Just didnt work for me. Now a semester later and im back in md and UMD and im loving it. and im ready to get back into lifting. ive been to the gym a couple times but never got in here to post, but now i have a new plan and im ready to lift hard. im getting my boyfriend into it too so who knows maybe he can get something going in here.
note- i have no clue what i did before but i decided for notation ill be doing reps then weight. hopefully ill remember to keep that straight. felt good, sore today. went out last night and saw a red hot chili peppers tribute band so i think that added to some of the soreness im feeling today. def worth it though!
he bookmarked the site on his computer, and hes got my login so he can check it all out. only a matter of time until hes in here hopefully.

felt good today. puts the weights up somewhat and plan to keep getting em back up there. im on a co-ed indoor soccer team and games are monday night so i did that before we lifted. feelin good though!
you're lifting a lot more than a lot of the kids in my weightlifting class (and most likely with WAY better form). Good job.

squats felt really good, finally puttin some weight back up there. still not quite to where i hope to be eventually, but damn getting there.
im gonna start making quinn (new bf/guy who has been lifting w/ me now) post. he hurt his knee playing soccer but hopefully will be back. he still came last night to lift some. his form is amazing for never having been in a gym before me. its blew my mind when he told me that but hes a fast learner!
