had a co-ed soccer game and got kicked in the shin. it swelled up but i lifted cuz i was doing upper. thought it was going to affect my bench still + not feeling 100% but the bench felt GREAT today. also am in the process of loosing a toenail after it got stepped on today again. it got real gross and bloddy this time too
its now just a chunk of toenail on the right side of my toe. it ripped half off last night when i banged it into a chair.

good good workout today. triceps are really feeling it already. definitely going to buckle down and start going to the gym consistently, been slacking fairly hardcore. also planning on tightening down on my diet and thinking of maybe doing some sort of plan. suggestions/advice would be great. i know when i buckled down on food before it was really beneficial but i was thinking of doing something a little stricter at first and then just going to a stable consistent diet.
