Also, I checked out the gyms at cornell--not bad! One of them has deadlift platforms, ect.

Just got back. Had a great time in both NY and model UN. I visited the museum of natural history in ny, which was awesome as they had a big exhibit on my boy TR. On saturday, I walked from my cousin's apartment on 22nd street down to battery park and back, which took about 3 hours.
Model UN was surprisingly fun. Chilled with my friends, and met alot of cool people. They were also filming a movie in teh hotel, which was cool. And, oh yeah, I saw snow for the first time.
Getting back to training, back in the gym for an easy w.o. tomorrow. We'll see if the off week helped.
Nutrition wasn't that good on the trip--far from perfect, but not awful. I don't mind though--I was in NY where there is great kosher dining, and I usually loosen up when I'm with friends. Back to normal tomorrow.
I have so much fucking work to do.

-this was OK. Felt a little bit off, which usually happens after a week off with mediocre nutrition/little sleep(got 4 hours some days). I'll be back to full strength by friday.
-squats were OK. Hips were tight, due to all teh sitting I did over the past few days.
-dips were good. This could be a PR.
-food is going good, low-ish carb/plenty of fat with carbs pwo.

4 hours of sleep!! I got 7 last night and I'm totally dead today! I wouldn't be able to walk with 4 hours!
Whats with the pauses on the squats?
The sleep isn't that bad. Just way too busy now and haven't got a chance to stop. Between school, lifting, dicking around on jp's/fbook and work, I'm busy. Going for 14 hours friday night.
and for the squats, just to change things up. Made them hard.

I try to strategically break it up:
1) eat big pwo meal and sleep from 5-8
2)wake up, and go to dinner just in time for main course
3)sleep from 9:30 to 8:30

The suit jacket I wore on Model UN was waaaay to tight on me(especially back), as opposed to when it fit me fine last fall. Pants aren't any tighter. I'm also up 20-ish pounds.
This means in term of the bulk, muscle>fat.

1) I was showing my friend the rhodestown in school today when a girl walks over and asks what we're looking it at. I say "uh...you probably won't love it". She starts reading the article anyways and I get a look of utter disgust and hate, haha. The best part is that she was the girl from this incident as well.
2) I just found out I can get a new cell phone for free, since I've had mine for 2.5 years.

I was planning on going to this big party tonight, at the house of an ex-student from my school. There was gonna be a huge turnout, ect. Except, the organizers of the party--who DO go to my school--were brilliant enough to post it on facebook. So naturally, the school, which has plenty of fake facebook accounts that are part of my school's network, finds out about it. So, cuz plenty of kids from my school were gonna be there, they call the parents of the kid whose hosting it, WHO'S NOT IN MY SCHOOL, and tell them. Party gets called off.

I couldn't find the right groove or get the right position without alot of pain. If you see the vid I filmed, I try to unrack the bar low-bar style, but have to put it back as it hurts too much.
