just hold one db in each hand, like a farmers walk, should be easier to balance it without hitting your legs.
That's what I was doing when my legs were getting in the way.

I think I just have a small frame. Shoulders close together. Big thighs. Means when my arms hang down with dumbbells in my hands, the bells hit the front and back of the side of my thighs.
To avoid this I pretty much have to semi-lateral raise the dumbbells as I walk.
Narrow shoulders, wide hips. That's what I meant.

Getting ready to order my suit now. Just reading back through those posts you guys made a while back.

I think for my first suit, and considering my raw squat (375 best so far) the hardcore would be best to start with.
In time I can move up to the better suits.

I have one of those. I ahve only used this, and a hardcore for squats before.
I'd say go for the NXG+, the new version is probably only slightly better, I'm willing to spend another 100$$$ to squat 2.5kg more or whatever, but I don't expect the difference is much.
liftinglarge doesn't, but plgearonline does. At least it's on the list, but every size seems to be, so maybe they just didn't take out the sizes they don't have.
I'm googling it but can't find anything useful. Is the nxg+ meant for narrow/medium stances? I'm pretty sure I fall into the medium category.
You don't think it would be good to start with an easier suit?

Shit. I need to look at things better before I post about them.
Thanks Simon.

Ok, awesome.
Last question. Whoever wrote the review is saying he couldn't hit depth with >600 lbs on the bar.
Obviously I'm not lifting 600 pounds. Should I get the 'regular fit' size, so it's looser? Even with that will I be able to hit depth?
"675, straps down, no knee wraps, and was still above parallel"

Fuck. Forget I asked. They only have meet fit, which is 44 for me.
Again, Matthew, look first. Post second.

I got a size 36 which is "comp fit" for a 75kg lifter, and I'm 85kg. It works well for me now.
Took me 45 mins to get it half-on the first time, 30 minutes to get it almost on the 2nd time, with help from a training partner. Then managed to get it on myself 2-3 times at home, by then it had stetched out a bit and it comes on fairly quickly.
I got depth with 165kg last week, but I didn't have my belt done up, which tightens up the suit. with 200kgs on my back(you will squat 200kg+ the day you chuck suit + wraps on) depth is no problem at all.
Oh, and the straps hold you up, that guy must be fucking retarded, as I can get depth with pretty much bodyweight with straps down...
I think a size 42 would suit you well, I know a 90kg who wears a 40(I tried it and it was so loose I got 0 support), and he can probably get into a 38, so a 42 should be great once it is broken in(took 1 session, plus getting into it about 4 times for me)
You need suit slippers to get the suit on, this is very important. First few times I also needed baby powder.
Uhhh... you're 215 right? that would make your a 220 lifter, so comp fit would be 42, lifting large have 42, and 44 there.
Red suit is 42 and 44.
Blue is pretty much every size.
Black only has 44.

Are the sizes really off that much?
Or did you just stretch out a suit that's too small for you.
I remember the muffin top legs

Who gives a fuck about colour? Seriously, don't be a woman! Your squatting, not going on a date...

They are just recommendations, they don't want to be held responsible for people killing themselves in super tight suits, so their recommendations are conservative.
Get a 42.

HAHAHAHA
Lolz.
It's still like that, but not as bad. I haven't put the suit on at night since then(I'm like 2-3kg heavier at night), plus its stretched a bit. But it still looks similar hahaha
EDIT:
your like 97kg, so technically you're still a 90kg lifter, so you could even get a 40 lol. But since I don't think your into the weight cutting, and want to become a 100kg lifter(105kg) get the 42. I only got one size smaller, as I'm a 181 who got a 165 size suit kinda...
Here's how I figure it. If I get a size too big, and it's way too big, either I'm fucked or I have to put on a lot of weight (now that I type it out, not a bad idea). If I get a size too small, and it's way too small, I can just stretch it out - I guess by getting in it a lot.
So I'll go with the 42. Though I really want to put some weight on now...

Also I'm going with the red.
I have blue chucks, so to get a blue suit.. too much blue.
Plus red is angry. The colour of the bull. Of fire. Of passion.
I will squat big weights in a red suit.
