Fuck! 352lbs nice!!!! That's a huge PR man congrats!
Did you use a belt?
Dammit you've squatted more than I have raw now!!!(I failed 160kg in like March or something) That's it! I'm squatting 162.5kg this Sunday!!!!
Also I don't know what your thing with doing "something" is all about, I reckon doing nothing is just as good as lifting pink dumbbells : why not do "something good"?

good squat!
don't sweat it about missing a few training days. I missed a week when i went to boston, but came back, and started hitting it hard again, and haven't really lost a step (the first few workouts back were a bit rough, but that's usually the way it is). It was a good mental break for me, and i suspect it will be for you as well.
I know a girl who just came back from NO for a week building houses. She said she spend around 8hrs a day w/ drywall and stuff in a hot building. Drink lots of water!

Thanks guys.
I was wearing a belt.
also, to Simon: HA! suckah! hehe
I'm not too worried about the work. I plan on picking up a case of water when we get there, and food like I said, so I should be fine.
I'm being told not to go without bringing a mask though. Like, a painter's mask or something, because of all the mold. Did your friend say anything about that?

Nice squat, 4 plates soon.
have fun in NO, i wouldn't worry about missing training while there. When your building the houses lift some 2x4's over your head!

I won't post my training the last two days because I don't have my book near me and because I don't feel like it.
I benched 202x3, failed 220 twice because I couldn't control the bar (forearm/elbow problems). Pulled 405 today with ugly form, but at least I got it with the new set up.
Those are the highlights.
Eight hours and I'm gone!
See you suckers later

Because of insufficient funding (I'm broke) I won't be going to the competition in Ottawa.
I'll keep training as if I were going, and I'll lift on the 19 in my own gym as if it were a comp. Just to test my numbers I guess.
There's another comp in London (about 2 hours from here) on September 13. My sister lives in London, so this comp is affordable. I'll talk to Trevor and see if I can be ready for that day.
