ok , time to "play" with the shirt. last week it was EXTREMELY hard to get 425 to touch, once it did no explosion from the bottom. Its great with boards but who the hell cares if I can press 700 off 3 brds but can't press the mid 400's. Added 1/4 turn on each sleeve and gave it a try.

475-1 pulled shirt down just a little in the neck, added belt, again down real slow but went up like nothing

505-1 pulled neck down as low as I could, which is about 1" above nipples. still came down slow, I mean 3-4 seconds, but once it touched went up easy. probably had another 20 but I'm wore the frick out, more next week
ok, just got my suit back from Inzer, again. Tired of the darn straps not fitting right, so I got velcro put in. The feds I lift in allow it, so what the heck.

MESQ.......... week and a half out from contest. Figured I'd go in do some moderate box squats in briefs, put the suit on work up to an opener and call it a day. I dont know if it was because I've been sick for a couple weeks and dropped 10 lbs but today sucked. Couldn't hit depth for shit, 635 felt heavy after I smoked 675 two weeks ago. Crap I don't know wtf I'm going to do. I moved the rack "in" and had on different knee wraps other than that nothing changed.

my wife started taking tae kwon do lessons. she was real excited that they learned how to hip throw people. well.......... unfortunately for me, they don't teach how to throw easy.......... its funny now
