For the band set up on BP, we set a dumb bell on each side of the bench in the same plain as we will be moving the bar. Tuesday's workout was cancelled. The pinched nerve in my neck has been causing me LOTS of problems so I went in and had my cervical injections, went home took a hydroquinone and a beer and crashed on the couch for the night.

405 tried to stay tight and concentrate on "pulling the weight" still won't touch, the shirt is new and is "flattening me out". I'm going to try my old shirt next week and see what happens. I won't give up on the new one, might just just have to play with it some more before using in a comp.

my lifts have been really "sucking" as of late. went back and checked my log from last year at this time and realized the number of sets I was doing was significantly higher on my max bench, squat, and dead. Instead of doing an exercise to max, then adding the bands I've been just doing band and it seems to have hurt me. Plus with school, work, and kids I haven't been able to put the time in I was back then, SO it's back to the drawing board....
