squat (used blue bands today, 120 lb at bottom 250+ at top, damn scale only goes to 130 and it was dancing while we were measuring between 125 and 130 per band)

after this I tried on my new squat suit, it's a TRX, had to get 1 1/2 inches take out of the straps and its SUPER tight.

How do you like the TRX suit? Ive heard they are amazing for sumo deads too. I am using a metal pro squater right now and its a really easy suit to use and gives great support.

How do you set-up the bands on your speed bench stuff? Ive seen a few different set-ups.

I LOVE the TRX, looking forward to competing in it for the first time May 31, you REALLY have to "sit back" in it though.

For the band set up on BP, we set a dumb bell on each side of the bench in the same plain as we will be moving the bar. Take a band and run it under the DB and hook BOTH ends over the barbell on each side, so what you basically have is a double mini, under a DB hooked onto the bar you are lifting with.
I knew the bands helped out ALLOT on my squat so we started using them on everything else too.
