I'm back from the dead. Work, life and just general lack of motivation have kept me out of the gym for a month, but I finally got my lazy ass back today.
Nothing too exciting, but I'm breaking myself back in slowly.

As you can see my workouts have not quite been up to the level that they were before my month long break. I'm slowing building back up and trying to work through some minor knee pain during squats. I'll get back to full speed eventually.
I'm not quite up to where I was a month ago, but things are improving with every workout. I was able to push harder today and felt like myself for the first time in a long time.

Always nice to start feeling like your back where you wanna be. Looking good.

I finished with 20 minutes on the rower. 4150 meters total.
Not a bad workout. For some reason I just wasn't feeling the front squats. It felt good to get some decent weight on my back for the first time in a long time.
