Thanks for all the comments guys. Squatting 2x a week has been really good to me.

I'm a few days behind schedule, but here is day 2 of Week 8.

Back Squat
135 x 5
225 x 3
275 x 5 x 2 sets
295 x 5 x 3 sets

Front Squat
225 x 5 x 4 sets

Pretty easy workout today.
I finished with a 2000m row.

I'm back from the dead. Work, life and just general lack of motivation have kept me out of the gym for a month, but I finally got my lazy ass back today.

Nothing too exciting, but I'm breaking myself back in slowly.

Squat Clean
95 x 5
135 x 5 x 2 sets

Front Squat
185 x 10 x 2 sets

Seated Row
120 x 12
180 x 12

Dips
BW x 12 x 2 sets

I finished with 10 minutes on the elliptical and some stretching and called it a day.

I had a few workouts that I never got around to logging.

10/22/09
Front Squat
45 x 5
95 x 5
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 5

RDL
95 x 8
135 x 10
185 x 10 x 2 sets

Some pushdowns and hammer curls.

10/28/09
Superset
DB Chest Press
50 x 10
75 x 10
85 x 10

DB Row
50 x 10
75 x 10
85 x 10

Front Squat
45 x 5
95 x 5
135 x 8

Hang Power Clean
135 x 5, 8, 8

4000m on the rowing machine, 20 minutes

11/6/09
Front Squat
45 x 5
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 5

Seated Row
100 x 12
180 x 12, 10

As you can see my workouts have not quite been up to the level that they were before my month long break. I'm slowing building back up and trying to work through some minor knee pain during squats. I'll get back to full speed eventually.

185 x 8
225 x 10
275 x 5

Power Clean

135 x 10
185 x 5

2000m on the rower.

And here is tonight's session.

Front Squat
135 x 8

Back Squat
185 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 5
315 x 6
335 x 5
225 x 10

Power Clean
135 x 8 x 2 sets

I finished with 20 minutes on the rower. 4150 meters total.

Not a bad workout. For some reason I just wasn't feeling the front squats. It felt good to get some decent weight on my back for the first time in a long time.
