thanks guys.
Diet will not be all that fun, but meh, its just a diet. Anyone could follow it if they wanted too.
Im actually kind releaved about it, there is no cal counting involved which ive been doing for the last few months. Sure, im not eating carbs, but once my headache goes away in a few days, ill be alright.

today: me bench
-last bench workout before contest.
bench
95 x 10
x 10
135 x 10
185 x 5
225 x 5
46 katana on
315 x 3
410 x some help on way up. Lowered perfect though which is my hard part. Didnt want to fail anything today.
355 x 1 <- perfect lift. open about 350lbs.
bench is feeling good, hopefully will be good for near 400lbs in the contest.

You gonna have anyone video your lifts at the comp? 'Cause that would be awesome.

I hope blood doesn't come shooting out of your nose during your squats cuz that would really ruin the picture.

thanks guys, hopefully i will be well rested for the meet with the 5 full days off I think i will be because i havn't taken much time off.
rest today.. diet:
m1: almonds
m2: steak
m3: pb + steak
m4: steak
m5: steak
still at 2.5-3 gallons of water per day, adding salt to that now too. Weight is about 207lbs which is actually a pound below where i expected. only have to loose 9, droping water/salt alone should get me another 5lbs.

24 hours if i can weigh in at the correct weight the first time round. Im not panning on sleeping that much because of nerves, so most of that time ill be eating.
going to make 4L of waizy maze/gatorade combo and get that down pretty quickly after weigh in.
about 5 breakfast meals from mcdonalds
liter of yogurt
few large pizzas
chinese food
