i have my goals much higher then elite and extra flab was not helping me move any weight, i have not gotten weaker while loosing weight, but have gotten stronger. My deadlift leverage I actually feel is much stronger.

Are you planning to stay in the 198's for long? I'll probably move up to 198 in a year or two!

hip is already feeling good. No injury or anything, i think i just never accounted for the sumo deads using so much more hips then regular deads.

Im doing the sumos with my feet at the plates (or at least within an inch or two), wide stance low speed box squats, and medium wide (width of the squat rack) me squats.. so thats quite a bit of wide stance hip work.

looking forward to using my new bench shirt tomorrow, probally just going to try get alot of reps in it and maybe some good ones.

200 more lbs on the deadlift.. now thats what im thinking about now..

it took me 16 months to go from a 500 to a 600bs pull. mind you, i was only training with powerlifting in mind for about 8-10 of those months (oh how i would do things SO much different.. ).

maybe ill worry about just adding 100lbs.

now whats it going to take for 700 to fall? i think its going to go quicker then 5-6 personally, my training is way better now and i actually do deadlifts instead of relying on accessory.

Your sumo dead numbers in kg look almost like my last workout in lbs.
Very nice pulling.

no camera right now, maybe in the near future ill get one.

today: me bench
diet: high day

bb bench (with 46 katana)
..warmups..
142.5kg x 3 (no touch)
152.5kg x 1 (no touch)
162.5kg x 1 (no touch)
162.5kg (~360lbs) x 1 (light touch)

3 Board press (raw)

102.5kg x 10
142.5kg x 5

4 board press (raw)
142.5 x 3
152.5 x 2

2 board press (raw)
100kg x 18
100kg x 10

I couldn't get my bench shirt on all the way, my gf was helping all she possibly could but it was not going.. my arms are just a tad big for the shirt (around 17 inches not pumped right now i think). it was sooo damn close. So, the shirt wasn't 'jacked' what-so-ever, infact I wasn't even wearing a belt to hold it down.

going to stretch it out over the next few days + train with some shirted benchers next weekend hopefully.

skipped back work, this workout was 3 hours long.. 1 of those spent just trying to get into the shirt.

it looks like i got attacked by someone with a big knife on my delts/arms/chest because of all the bite marks.. hah.

oh, and the 162.5 hurt like hell.. but it was a pretty easy lift. if i can sort things out 400+ isn't going to be a problem I think. I better sort things out.. i need to go elite

Do ittttttt.......

you really should get a camera dude! not only for filming and posting on here, but just for your own analysis. You pick up a lot of things by watching videos over again that you, or your training partners couldn't catch in the few seconds the lift took. Plus, digital cameras are cheap now.

Damn, Frank. Are you SURE you're human? To be totally fair, though, I'm going to give at least a partial hat tip to all those poor all-you-can-eat buffets you've decimated in helping you become even more ridamndiculously strong.
