haha im going to win the round robin.. just wait.
today: ME Squats
diet: medium day
Reverse band BB squats (green band. 0 off at top/ ~ -90 at bottom)
107.5kg x 5 -straps down
147.5kg x 5
187.5kg x 5
227.5kg x 5 - straps up
267.5kg x 1
307.5kg x 1 - knee wraps
317.5kg (700lbs) x 1 - no wraps
327.5kg x (720lbs)1 - no wraps
337.5kg (744lbs)x 1* - knee wraps.
*SMOKED. 1-2 inches low, came up as fast as any speed squat. Left some in the tank today. All prs.. never done these before. now... give me a monlift so i dont have to walk them out/close stance the reps.. (plus, i still have a fair amount of gear to add! ). Bands where no helping out all that much, quite happy with everything today.
Pendaly Rows
80kg x 10
90kg x 10
x 10
x 10
2 things. workout took like 2 hours hah. Sqauts felt good.. i was going to deload to be honest but felt alright when i got there so decided to just deload the bottom part of the squat, lol.

Nice squatting.
Do your legs bleed from the wraps?

With a cakewalk semester schedule like that, you should be able to get some more paid work on the side to cover the rent, right?

If you can wait an undetermined amount of time I can sell you a bench shirt.

? no. planning on using it on may 24th..
today: DE bench
diet: mid day
fat bar reverse band bench (greens, 3rd pin from top, 0 help at lockout)
62.5 x 10
102.5 x 3
122.5 (270)x 3 -cg
x3 -cg
x3 -cg
x3 -mid grip
x3 -mid grip
x3 -mid grip
x3 -comp grip
x3 -comp grip
x3 -comp grip
decided to work up a bit.
fat bar reverse band 2board
122.5 x 3 - all comp grip
132.5 x 3
142.5 x 3
142.5 x 3
147.5 (325)x 3
*bands where not helping much on these. felt pretty good. all this CG work has paid off I think.
c1 Pendaly rows
60kg x 10
90kg x 10
x 10
x 10
c2 pullups
bw x 10
x 10
x 10
d1 db exxtensions
35 x 10
x9
x8
d2 Hammer Curls
35 x 12
x 12
x 12
bench feels like its moving in the right direction. with the 2 board, i dont think the bands are helping very much (because they help 0 and the top, and with comp grip + good set-up the ROM is not big).
