I feel left out...

also, WOW, this cleans up the logs nicely now, and solves the problem of sifting through logs that I find un-interesting and can't relate to.

Yeah well my dad can beat up your dad.

The new forum is awesome. Even though I can't relate to any of you.

meh workout. bench is moving, slowly. but my shoulders/tris/biceps where killing me so bad today. i had to lower the bar so damn slow or id be in tears. didn't do any soft tissue work this week and im paying the price big time. All the bench sets where really easy except the last one where the last rep was kind of hard.

may do speed deads/leg press/ghr tomorrow and give my shoulders/arms a bit of a break.

Im getting a bench shirt soon, im pain free on reverse band work so hopefully bench shirt work is also pain free. with the shirt im getting people are saying that whatever you can get off a 3 or so board is approx what they can bench with the shirt, if this is true i think its going to be quite fun.

only once and i hit like a 50lbs pr.

i bench raw, as if it was a shirted bench actually, if that makes any sense. in the last couple of inches of the bench press (where it is hard to touch) i tuck my elbows which is good for a shirted bench. im not to worried about getting used to it. its just a single ply so its not going to be to hard to touch weight once i get into the 300s i figure.

size 44 katana SS if anyone wonders.. havn't gotten it yet i guess, in a bidding war lol.
