Yeah, I think that im on pace for a mid/high 700 squat right now, going to take some more focus to get the wanted 800lbs but I think its possible no doubt.

I did hit 730 i think it was not to long ago and i am stronger now. Probally another 60lbs to go.. but they are going to be a bitch of 60lbs! hah.

i cant sleep because of that deadlift session tomorrow.

oh also, trying something new diet wise here..

ive never tried any type of diet where i varry the cals depending on the workouts. Tomorrow is a high day. About 3500cals on lifting days, 3000 on off days. this is really quite low calorie for those who have followed my diets before, but i seem to be doing good at this range for now.

deadlift day
diet: high day

Reverse band deads (green band, 3rd pin from top)
100kg x 3
140kg x 3
180kg x 3
220kg x 1
260kg x 1
320kg (706lbs) x f
305kg (671lbs)x 1 (pr).

Disapointed that the 320kg was not in me today. I got it to my knees and then had nothing. The 305 was the hardest successful pull ive ever made, my noose shot blood during the lockout and i blew every blood vessel in my chest/shoulders, it shouldn't have been this hard, but the 705 took alot of and i just wasn't having a good day pulling overall.

Reverse band Rack pulls (#3 pin)
100kg x 3
180kg x 3
220kg x 3
260kg x 3
280kg x 3
300kg x 3 (pr)

BB shrugs
100kg x 10
180kg x 10
x 10
x 10

db shrugs
115e x 10
x 12

curls

35 x 10e
40 x 10e

comment more later.

Going to deload the deadlift training next week i think. The pulls where feeling heavier then usual today, when i had like 500lbs on there, it was hard and that usually isn't.

I dont know how ill do the speed deads next week, may do a regular band setup but not fully sure yet.

Been doing some light cardio the last few months here and havn't been posting it, but im going to, so i can keep track of everything. More for health then anything, but i do find recovery has been improved.

Gym got a new tire this week so i may spend some time soon enough to try to get some flips in. I think its just a light tire, looks like it.

BW 222lbs this morning which is good. I dont want to get over 230lbs by may. Actually, i would perfer to be 215 or so then.

Tomorrow is bench day and my gf is gone so i dont have a spotter, probally will do some 2 board presses tomorrow.

I was going to call you a Nancy for failing the 320kg, but then I read about the nose shooting blood and the broken blood vessels and went "shit cool!" and decided I couldn't call you a Nancy after all.

Are your shoulders all blue?
If so, I want to see! haha

You'll get it next time dude. Just wait for a day when you're feeling strong. You'll get it.

Yeah, i was off today and i dont know exactly why, got lots of rest + lots of food but just wasnt all there i guess. Mind you, i did hit a PR on the rack pulls, those are comming nicely. I think my lockout is pretty damn close to being the same strength as off the floor now.

my shoulders arn't blue, more like spotted red dots everywhere. I had this pimple on my chest () and i have no clue how this happend, but the thing popped, inside of me with blood. There is like an inch big red spot on my chest now, hurt like a bitch when it happend lol.

That deadlift almost kicked my ass, my knees where shaking like crazy at the lockout, this has never happend before.. feels funny.

I will get the 320kg before long, but i think im going to change up deadlift day for a few weeks here.

today..

Me bench
diet: high day

Reverse band bench (greens from 3rd pin. deloaded top half or so. same as last week)
62.5kg x 10
102.5kg x 5
122.5kg x 2
142.5kg x 2
152.5kg (336) x 1 (2.5kg pr)
162.5kg (358)x 1 (12.5kg PR)

Underhand rows

100kg x 10
120kg x 10
x 10
x 10

DB bench
50 x 10
90 x 6
x6
x6
x6

DB Extensions
35 x 10
x 10
x 10
x 10

Magnum pulldown machine

100kg x 10
x 10
x 10

Curls
2 sets

Curls seem to be helping my elbows problems which is fantastic, but odd. Bench went well today, i hit 331lbs with no spotter or liftoff or anything which was a real grinder just last week, went for a fairly big PR and just got it. Something i am doing is working.. i dont know what.. so ill keep doing everything

my girlfriend is seeing her family (couldnt drag me, hah) and had to find another gym.

"The gym sucked, it had 2 squat racks, but there where machines everywhere, im pretty sure there is a machine there to work each individual finger.. and people where looking at me funny doing front squats"

then she commented how, that gym did infact, smell better then the PL gym here.
