you can puke w/ ws. just add bands, and have extreme tension on speed days. Then do strongman medleys. haha

it will be interesting though. good luck if you do it.

its the second post here: Frank the tank.

but thats not fair competition.. Ive put like 40lbs onto my yoke! My yoke is a new yoke.

yokeyokeyoke what a good word.

ha, but that's a lat spread. That would be like flexing to get the teardrop on your quad.

You need a yoke picture to show upper back.

ha.

it's a gay bodybuilder thing. Anyone who thinks about doing it is gay. It's like the people on bbing.com who want to develop the dimple on their ass cheek, or stretch their ribcage w/ pullovers.

Alco, can you get me a routine for my inner chest? here is what im doing currently

a1 10 x 10 DB Flys
a2 curls

b1 HIT hammer strength flys
b2 abs

c1 bouncing my pecs in the mirror
c2 Pullovers while holding breath for 7 seconds each rep.

Once I get my inner chest big, im going to be huge. OH and also, im 132lbs now, how much mass do you think my 6'4 inch frame can take without getting 'to bulky' for the ladies.

real men don't have teardrops. maybe if their favorite sports team loses, and they shed 2 tears. or, if they cut off an arm, then they'd have 2 tears. other than that, no.

Well the way I see it, you should really focus on squeezing the inner part of the muscle during all the exercises, for a SUPER mega intense contraction, but you don\'t want to take the focus off the inner chest, so keep to a range of motion of about 0.5 to 1 inch in your pressing movements.

Don\'t worry Alco, One day you will have a nice big teardrop, just like the rest of us.

there is a very important process to getting a massive chest like a rooster:

1. make sure you're doing rest pauses, with isometric holds in the pectoral peak position.

2. 20 rep sets! I don't mean squats, i mean cable crossovers. best exercise hands down for releasing gh in your boobies!

3. I would also through in more sets of curls for the gunshow. Also, cheat curls to make the bicept peak bust through the arm!

4. Make sure you drink your 2.54g of carbs/.97 grams of protein the second you finish your last curl!

follow these, and you're quickly on your way to becoming a cock.

Thanks guys im getting a shirt that says "SHUT UP and do CABLE CROSSOVERS"

Your tight though,
The problem was, I was getting 50g of carbs instead of 47g. so my insulin levels where to high, shutting off my GH production instantly, causing no growth in my chest. Now that I got that sorted out I should be fine. Also I added 3 different NO products to my 'stack', cost me $400 but fuck it, its gonna be kick ass.

Simon, thanks for the tips on the reps. I was using a bit to much ROM in the past, but I figure, why train the triceps anyway? the bicep is most of the arm. and constant tension, as we all know, is key.

dude, my cousin used NO product stacks, and put 100lbs on his bench in a few weeks. Watch out for the water retention though. You need to stay on NO though b/c you'll lose your gains when you go off.
