Do the Will Smith/Martin Lawrence scene from Bad Boys2. That was hilarious.

When my daughters start to date I'm getting some mounted heads...moose, deer, and an empty one that has a plaque that says "Boyfriend"...I think he'll get the hint.

kind of fun, had an insane tricep/forearm pump going. very painful.
As I was doing rows these dudes where trash talking my brother who was accross the gym doing some presses. The one guy goes 'im gonna go kick that kids ass' and starts walking over to him, he kind of pushes my brother, and I turn him around and say
"Dont touch him, youll regret that you did"
the dude looks down at the floor and says
"sorry sir I didnt know he was with you"
and walks away
hahahahahahaha. All this because my brother was using the calf machine and they wanted to (he was supersetting) lol I found this halarious.

Now, I consider this to be a hell of a lot of food, and this week, low and behold, I lost 2lbs. I thought I was up when I stepped on the scale mid-week, but I must have had to take a piss or something. PS- today was XL pizza.
200lbs is not much for my body type, im quite blocky (although, not that tall at 5'9 maybe 5'10). I am sure youll get there sooner then you think! I wish I could look good at 200lbs, but I look skinny because of my big frame.
In the past 20 or so months ive gone
170ish(started really lifting) - 215
215 - 200
200 - 230
230 - 200 (lost a fair amount of muscle here)
200 - 220.. stayed here for a while
220 - 245.. going to hit 250.
Funny thing is, im leaner at around 245lbs then I ever was at 170lbs. Couldnt see my abs then, kind of can now. I attribute my recent gains to 2 things the first being training heavy, the second is to being more relaxed about diet/lifting etc. Funny how it works. When I hid from the world and only ate 100% correct meals (went months without cheat meals) and trained decent, i got ok gains. Now I train harder and eat the foods I like (although, the amount of food is to much for me longterm), and my gains are better.
wow, kind of went off there hah. Once I have 2 real years lifting under my belt im going to take some progress pics and maybe a little writeup on how I did things. who knows, but I think it will be pretty cool to see. I am not the same person 2 years ago, people dont reconize me.
Yeah progress pics are good, I always think I look waaaay better then I do til I take photos lol. In the mirror im just getting bigger/leaner/more jacked, then I take a photo and say "when did THAT get there!" haha.
Yep all drugs for those guys. No hard work, no heavy training for years upon years, no eating massive amounts of food, no injuries they had to fight off, i dont look like that do it must be those magical drugs!
Dude, I saw the pic as I scrolled up the page and thought "holy shit Frank got big!"
Then I scrolled back down and took a better look and thought "hahahahahahahaha. that's not Frank".
That is all.
Oh, also, what's going on with your diet man? fast food every day? what are you doing to yourself?

on the seated row machine I think im going to break it anyday now. I am using the whole stack with some other weights strapped on.. the thing creaks sooo bad. I figure the cable has got to be good to 300lbs because lots of gyms seated rows go to 300, but I really have no clue.
If that cable snapped, i wonder what would happen to me.
Don't quote me please, but if the cables are aircraft cables, they could probably hold twice that much.

hah, i AM big now lol
right now, I am having trouble keeping bodyweight up. If im going to compete in the 242s, I may as well be right around 242 i figure. I'm not to worried about it. I actually feel my diet is still better then 90% of college kids that are 20yo. Any way you slice it, eating this much food is not healthy unfortunatley, but at this point in my life im not really lifting for health reasons. At my weight right now, I would have one hell of a time running a few k.
The eqipment is only a year old so I think ill be fine, it probally can hold much more then I think.
but (and this may be a bad example) big Jay Cutler the bodybuilder in some silly clip I saw a while back said hes broken the cable on a seated row at golds gym a handful of times and it really sucked. Mind you, hes probally using 100lbs more then me.
Why do you want to make things harder for yourself by competing in such a high weight class?
The cable itself won't break. The connection to the hook or loop or whatever it is on the end of the cable is what will break. One in my gym came off, and the stack doesn't even go up to 300 pounds. I'm not even sure that stack went up to 100 pounds.
