I couldn't find her work email, nor her cell number!!! But I did email her regular email ... she does check it at least weekly I think ... I'll try to track her down tomorrow ...

Gosh, I hope she's OK....


Today:

1A king DLs 15# dbs FINALLY am getting an almost full ROM on these boogers.
1B BW chins

2A sumo DL 165
2B one armed bench push ups--pseudo one armed, as the non-working side had to pull a little slack for the weak ass working side. You would THINK that I would be able to move my own weight around a little more easily....

Tabatas on the TRX x2 (which coincidentally sucked ass).

FINIT.

Picking up DH from the airport tonight so more LIFTING (you hear me, Jill? LOL!) videos to come this week--I really want to see what the hell my front squats look like.

Oh, and nice--MAJOR computer crash. I can't even boot the effer from safe mode, it's in an endless cycle. I suspect this means I have to get a new damned desktop... I just hope I can recover my stupid files.

Arrghhhhh!

Most crashes are just currupt files that won't allow your system to boot right. Unless you hear a distinct grinding or clicking when you start up, you can usually put that drive in another computer and get your files off it. Just don't let a computer shop wipe the drive in an effort to reload the operating system without makeing a backup copy first. Its easy to do, but most places are too lazy to do it.

I sent her an email and got one back. She's good...just swamped with work since she's been back home. She said she would be back on the board this weekend.

Thanks, Chris and LD.... my husband figured it out when he got here.... required a repair of the OS. Some bad sectors on my drive apparently. What ass pain! Now I am determined to get a new one, of course. :p

I also heard from Victoria. Thank goodness! I was getting worried.


Today:

Cardio: Stepmill and bike HIIT 35 mins total. I really want to run but am still not allowed due to my effed up left butt. Yes, I hurt my ass. How sad.

GPP: TRX inverted rows, Rear delt low flyes, and suspended side planks; band X walks.

Now, off for eye-talian food tonight. YUM! Body fat is holding steady at 16% by today's calipers. I'm down 0.8 lbs from 2 weeks ago, but up 1.2 lbs from my low during the first 12 days of the AD. Slow and steady I guess. Dammit.

I'm trying to figure out if it's an ankle issue or a stance issue at this point. I will FS again on Friday and will play with things a bit. Thanks, all.

Nice work on the squats!

If your drive was getting some bad sectors it might be giving you a warning that it doesn't have much time left. Might want to go buy a cheap usb flash drive and make a backup of your important files.

meh, not really, you are already on the right track with the non apple!

be adventurous and build one yourself! I've always liked dell's for out of the box machines, alien ware makes some bad ass gaming machines if you are into that. Sony's have some neat features/gadgets, but they are kind of a pain to work on.

Honestly though, unless you want a big powerfull gaming box, i'd prolly just look at laptops.They are pretty cheap, and way more flexible than a desktop.

Ran 2 miles/20 mins.

Walked home with my americano

Intervals doing some very weird Tae-Boesque kicks after discovering that my rt ankle was providing me with excruciating stabbing pain anterolaterally during my first ten seconds of jump roping.

Left glute medius, where it inserts on posterior iliac crest is sore to the touch today. Not good.

This bitchy lady needs to go back to bed I think. Maybe I will shoot rays of sunshine from my orifices AFTER a nap.

Just cruised through the last coupla pages of your blog. Impressive numbers. You are at a place I am shooting for! Your fsquats looked pretty good to me. I was interested to see how wide your stance was and how your toes point out because I do it exactly the same way. My hubby wonders sometimes if it is too wide, but it is comfy for me.
