Thanks, Paul and Lance! My problem with them is the bruises on my anterior delt area. OUCH. Chest is very sore today, too....
Ran this morning but only 24 mins--left hip pain and shooting rt ankle pain. DAMN DAMN DAMN. Finished on the bike.
The treadmill and I just do not get along. Guess I'll be taking it to the streets.... hopefully the bad guys are all in bed when I run and/or the wind is blowing AWAY from me so my mace aim isn't an issue.
Nice workout, especially on the first day. You use a regular barbell when you front squat? (My gym has none, so I used the functional trainer when I did mine...)

Thanks, guys! You should see my shoulder bruises. Holy shyte!
So I'm posting it here... I wanna do a PL competition! Even just a local yokel one. I mentioned it to Bip and I assume my program may change a bit to reflect this. The only problem I see is that I am going to pack on more fricking muscle, and I am carrying ten lbs more of it than I was three years ago.... I do not want to look like an American Gladiator type, ya know?
Good thing my husband is not intimidated by strong chicks.

I'll fall between the 132 and 148 classes. Does that mean that I will be in the 148 class? What kind of numbers do I need to be ready to move?
Thanks, Paul!
Tina
well those are the weight limits. So if you are above 132 you will be in 148 so you can weigh up to 147.99 lbs. You could drop down to 132 or gain some more weight and become more competitive at 148
Depending on what federation you lift under changes the World records.
Heee, Greg... I am certainly TRYING to get some o' those... however, I appear to be putting on yet more muscle on the anabolic diet. Sometimes I wonder if there was a mistake in the factory with an accidental X chromosome switcheroo, LOL....
Wow ... lots of kudos in here ... nice sumo deads ... nice front squats ... great job on the boards Ms. Doctah ... and lookout PLers!! You will rock it, for sure!!

This morning was explosive on the first two SS, regular tempo on the last:
Mind if I pass your youtube links to a couple of my female clients for inspiration?
Great work Tina!

Forgot to post these when Victoria was here--this is what you missed, LD.
Muir Woods was pretty cool--every single rugged trail was posted for yellowjacket warnings so we stayed on the main drag. Here's the top of a ginormous redwood (which is really just a young'un)
