I'm weird but I always thought women with ripped arms and legs were very sexy.
Bob would agree with you and Egham.

Thanks, you guys! I plan on filming as often as I can (which translates into when my husband can hold the camera, i.e., every three weeks or so). I really feel that I am holding tight, form-wise. My husband thinks I can lift more since my speed never falters on these things, so... yup, I feel stronger than ever--but I AM looking forward to some sourdough bread.
Tonight: going to see the Manhattan short film festival in El Cerrito--I am going to be exhausted at work tomorrow since the damned thing doesn't even start until 915. Who the hell stays up so late on a school night?
Thanks, Greg--those were rack pulls... I haven't quite gotten my deadlift there YET...
1A CDL 175
1B weighted dips +15
2A DB step ups 35
2B lat pd 100
Tabatas x 2, 8 mins total
Taaahdaaah!
Ok, started my carb feed, and I feel all shaky and shyte. I mean, really really scary shaky. I had oatmeal pre-workout today and it hit me in the middle of my deadlifts. I did PR on the rep range I was working by 10# (was shooting for 5), so there's that I suppose.
After my "slight" increase in carbs yesterday, I needed a nap. I'm not sure whether it was the workout or the food or both, but I was going to crank out some work before meeting my friends at for a movie, but couldn't stay awake. But, after the nap, I was able to eat again. So, all was good with the world!
As Roland said, 200 is almost there. Soon, no doubt.
That photography site is extraordinary. I'm really enjoying that.

I honestly think I could pull 225 from the floor but I'm a little skeered.
Today:
Run intervals 25 mins total 2.3 miles
Left upper butt/just posterior to iliac crest felt FUN-KY during run; not quite pain but had a debilitating injury (I think I overstretched doing side crunches on the 45 degree GHR bench... no pain then but the next day when I ran OMFG) there a couple of years ago and sidetracked my running to less than 8 miles/ week (at the time I was regularly running 20-25, so it was a huge change). I'm a little worried about it. Guess I'll be foam rolling a lot.
Bench dips put your shoulder in a very compromised position. I'd do neutral grip db decline bench press, instead. Sure it takes six word vs one, but it's better for you.
Well, program will be all switched up on Monday, so hopefully dips are a bygone by then. What a STUPID gym, though... how can you not have the basics? Of course, if I want to drive 20 miles, the 24 hr fitness by work has one. GRRR!
We don't believe in basics. Hammer strength shrug machine *check*...power cage, not so much.
Hang in there, you'll figure something out. If you get those TRX things that all the other cool kids have you can do dips with those! Ohhhhh..ahhhhhhh.
Tabatas x 2 on my TRX. HOLY bejeesus. My abs were afire! I actually couldn't do a full 20 seconds for the most part. How can 8 minutes seem like 8 hours?
