You all have been busy little bees today....

All I did today: run intervals 3 miles/30 mins. Felt a little twinge in anterior left ankle again, worse if I run slower. I am really glad that I'm doing less cardio; being the knucklehead I tend to be, I'd hurt myself!

Your Sally-free compliance link doesn't work. Once you "publish" your spreadsheet, click the link that says "your document is viewable at:" and then link to that page. Should work.

Wow. Some friend. Keeping tabs on L'ilJ in your own little document?

You know, I don't trust her either, but that's over the top...

A week from Sunday. Not a refeed, per se... just a carb load, which will help get me through the rest of the week. After this first twelve days, it's gravy--I get a weekly carb up and expect to be cutting my calories a bit from this really tough to hit 2100 plus.

I feel good, I'm sleeping fine... just not so strong in the gym today. I also waited until AFTER work to lift today, which I never never never do--I overslept though, so it was later or not at all.

Sigh.

Are they high rep sets?

But do you carb up, then have a depletion workout on Monday? You might time your highest rep workout to come during or just after the carb up to take advantage of the carbs.

Assuming your workouts are low rep, you might be just fine and strong on your workouts in a day or two. After about a week, I could do 4x6 and 5x5 with just as much strength as before. But, I totally tanked on the 3x12 stuff.

My workout plans are unknown to me. I get a new set in my inbox every Sunday and put my thinking hat on "off". Working so far for me--I have managed to add about 10% to my deadlifts and even more on my squats. With that, of course, comes a little extra muscle I think... once I'm fully leaned out from the AD it will be very nice to see my new lines.

Gah! I'm debating treadmill/gym vs run outside right now. I am afraid the tmill is winning.

It's official. The treadmill won.

2.5 miles of running, some of 'em intervals. Amazingly, I didn't bonk like I expected.

Also some shoulder stuff--band pull aparts, cable PNF flexion, and reverse shrugs. Today I'm going to Sonoma to check out a photog's gallery; she takes these incredible pix of indigenous peeps all over the world. They're stunning. Also going to catch a movie and then sit on my ass the rest of the day--my TiVo needs to be purged.

More PRs... I'm starting to bore myself.

Rack pulls 225 (+20)
Side/side walking pushups +35

Pin squats 165
Rotating DB rows 45

Tabatas x2

I taped the rack pulls, so if anyone cares... I'll upload them later.

Ciao!

The video above is only 185; the heavier ones are rotated 90 degrees so you have to cock your head to watch it. It's on youtube under my name though.... comments are welcome and appreciated. Unless they're snarky. You can keep those to yourself.

Edit--fixed the 210 pull. It's below.
