It's a push up, walk out opposite hand/foot, push up, walk out opposing hand foot and back= one rep.
Harder than it sounds...
Today: just a quick interval run 25 mins on the tmill, 20:20 intervals. My anterior left ankle hurt today. GRRRR!
I'm still not getting it ... are you going wide for the second push up and back to a normal stance for the next one? Or are you travelling toward one side then the other?

OK, I explained it wrong. You walk out one leg, walk in the opposite arm, resume regular push up position (walk in foot, walk out hand), push up, walk out leg, walk in hand, back to push up position, push up... etc. So you're walking your foot out and your hand in and you end up doing 2 push ups per "official" count. Does that make sense?
Today:
CDL 165
Dips BW +12
DB step ups (VERY high bench, oh my achin butt...) 30#
lat pulldowns 100
Tabatas x2 (8 mins total)
DONE.
Tomorrow is a rest day. It's a good thing, because I need to catch up on everyone's log!

Um no... not to me. But then I am a noob.
And German BarMaid Genetics are not a bad thing. I have good legs thanks to my Bavarian Ancestory

I will post veiny pics this weekend if I can, Greg. I'm looking pretty scary some days, despite not much change in scale weight. Weird, huh? My upper body is leaning out faster than the latter (teutonic) half though.
Paula, I'm cool with our good strong peasant stock... if only I was 2 inches taller, LOL!
Julie, that was perhaps my worst explanation ever--I confused myself!
Julie, I really think it's just lower volume, very high intensity workouts with enough time to recover before the next session--so, yup--Jonathan!
Today: cardio
Intervals: tmill
SS: gauntlet
40 mins total. Good n' sweaty. Also did some scapula fixin' with reverse shrugs, PNF flexion, and band pull aparts. Tomorrow is an off day, but I might sneak a run to starbucks in there. We'll see.

Nice!! Glad to hear that the lower volume is helping ... how are you sleeping? Have you settled into life in Cali yet? All boxes unpacked and all that crap?

I have about three boxes or so to go, but so much CHAOS still. Ugh.
Well, Egham, as it turns out, I rarely run to starbucks, because the folks hanging out on the streets here are seriously FREAKING ME OUT. Now, I'm no wimp, but there are some days I just do NOT feel safe. I'm only running 3 days/week now, mostly intervals... and the hills here are destroying my ankle soooooo, in a very long answer to your original question not so much.
Today's workout brought to you by the Marquis de Sade (AKA Bipennate... ):
HOLY
CRAP
1A CDL 190 1B Dips BW +20
2A DB stepups 30
2B lat pulldown 100
JUST barely on those lat pulldowns. HOLY. MOLEY.
I am very happy with these numbers. Ten pounds and I'll be pulling 200!
Also tabatas: dead bugs, lumberjack squats oly bar +10--both 8 rounds.
It's a lot moving to a whole other part of the country, settling into your house and your job ... UGH ... you'll be settled in soon ... before Christmas at least!!
