HSS 45x3,50x3,55x3,60x2,60x2 (threw some snatch high pulls in the midst of these, just wasn't getting any sort of explosion to my pull--I got one really good one in after that and then said screw it for snatches today. The fact that I woke up at 2 AM did NOT help).

ADP: 20x3x5 (this one in lbs, I'm not THAT damned brutish)
Here's what I learned today:
I need to get my feet moving out a bit more. Jim initially had me NOT jump out to receive to not get me in the bad habit of catching too wide; now it's time to move 'em and they are afraid to leave the floor.
My jerk doesn't suck that much.
I can catch in a rock bottom squat, fall on my ass or my knees, and not get hurt. Bonus!
Oh yeah, and ultimately I'd like to see how I perform at 58kg. Later.

Jeez...that's a pretty tough looking workout. Your numbers are really going up aren't they! So a full squat snatch is a snatch right? Or is it something else?
