Nice. I LOVE Bowie. Diamond Dogs is one of the best too. I'm also am a big fan of his Berlin trilogy. When I was in Berlin last year I listened to those albums a lot along with Lou Reed (of course).

I saw him in concert twice (cuz I'm old). Totally awesome.

It's cuz of the S-factor. Plus, it's not his name so if I say "Frank" it's like it's his name or sumthin. when it's not.

Oh really? See, I didn't know that. Okay...from now on you are just Frank. No S-factor necessary.

nothing.. my last name just is close to that of a famous hockey player whos name is frank. When you live in Canada, things involving hockey- stick. I was called frank all through school and there are lots of people who actually think my name is frank. I dont get it as much anymore since ive moved many hours away from where I grew up haha.

Oh I didn't notice it was a SSB squat.

And you were in briefs!

Come on, do a real 300 squat

yea, i dunno. They are harder in the sense that you're pitched far forward, but more comfortable b/c of the padding.

My forearms and whole back are trashed today.

you still feel it. plus, it's easier to flex your lats and stay tight w/ a SSB... not easier, but you concentrate on it more.

The SSB is like having a couch on your neck. hahaha

2-3-09:

Incline DB Press:
35x12
45x10
55x8
65x6
this is pretty good. Lots of reps today, but was still able to db press more than i had done previously, i believe.

V grip Pulldowns: 3 sets
Seated Rows: 3 sets
Curls: 1 set
Jogged 1/2 mile pretty easy.

We have our evaluation to see how we're progressing on our lifts, so i wanted to make sure i could jog the half mile. One guy dropped out of our group, so it's just another guy and I.

I dropped off my car to get repaired and got a sweet rental. It's a mazda3. I may look into getting a used one in a few years when they're more affordable (to me). They just came out in 2005, i think, so 2005 is the oldest model available, and still run about 11000 used.

yea, it's not the best thing in the world, but it can't hurt me to be a little more conditioned. It's not gonna hurt my numbers, as long as i'm resting and eating enough.

I think part of it is the fact that i train events, and they are very cardio intensive, so when it comes to bw stuff, it's easy.

I'm thinking i'll hit some axle cleans+jerks tomorrow, and squats thursday. Not hitting up Kokomo this week, but going to I-FAST on Saturday morning.

Not the new ones you idiot, the SW20, the 90's version isn't girly. It's retro and awesome:

And, this sound, is just soooo beautiful, I'm thinking of chucking a v6 into mine when I get it, possibly JUST FOR THE SOUND:

And, it's mid-engined - that's just badass.

i don't have a car yet, since i'm still driving my parents. My car was totaled a few months ago when some douche ran a red light and took my whole front end off.

The rental i'm driving is a mazda3. It's only a 4 cylinder, but has some serious pickup for a 4 and being so small. Here's what it looks like, except mine is black. I'm really thinking about getting an older one when the new models come out.
