Nice hands, I spot that look 1/2 of the year haha.

good job on that PR there, that is a big PR. You'll have that off the floor in a couple weeks max I know it. Honestly, you probably had the strength for the 425 in you but I bet you where happy with the 405lbs at the time, which makes the next lift very hard to get ive found.

thanks guys. arm is still really red, and itchy kind of. i figure blood is starting to get in there which is why it's itchy.

frank, hopefully i'll have it off the floor soon! i think i might throw in some light speed pulls on my squat day so i can keep my form feeling good, and then keep pounding lockout, since it's my weakest point. I really don't think i could have hit 425 honestly. maybe if i didn't do all those doubles previously, but by the time i was up to 405, i was pretty spent.

First of all, that's a picture of your hand, not your arm.

Is it so swollen that you need a wide angle lens?

thank ya.

back's still pretty sore from the pulls on friday. hams and calves are both toasted as well from the ghr's. Upper back was sore yesterday as well as shoulders, but not much today. Had a HUGE breakfast this morning of bacon, 4 eggs, and waffles. I'm going to down a big shake now, and then head off to work.

So that bruise is sort of on your delt? If so, that's a pretty typical reaction ... I was picturing a lymphedema type thing!!

ha! no, it's more in my shoulder than delt. if they gave me a shot in my front delt, i would have punched them in the face.

all the soreness is gone now, but it's just a small bump still.

no, the season starts next week i think. I'm watching the old episodes, b/c i've only seen a few. i might buy the season though, because it's pretty badass. Plus my sister and i both really enjoy reading about serial killers and stuff, because it's fascinating to me, the extremes that people go.

ok, it was more in the humerus (i think?). NOT the anteroir deltoid like i was thinking....
