I may actually look into this. The civic looks pretty nice on the page, even though it's white. My sister goes there all the time. It's only an hour and half or so from here. We shall see.
Glad I could help give you options, man. That guy kind of specializes in Hondas- primarily Civics and Accord. We bought an 07 Accord from him in January.

thanks dude. I'm thinking i'm actually going to stick w/ hondas or toyotas though, but may not... They have the longest life, generally, of any car and are the most reliable. Plus, my last 2 cars have been that, and both did not have anything really wrong w/ them.

Only problem with some cheaper cars is my height, 6'3". I remember when i was looking for a car before, i tried to fit in a civic, and it was kinda cramped. So, the cars that are good on gas, are not that comfortable. I might just ditch it though, and get something small and cramped because i'm sick of paying for car payments and gas.
There's a little more room in the Accord. I'm 6'1" w/ long legs, and it is very comfortable.

Your car looks seriously messed up, you are lucky to have walked away without a scratch.

thanks guys, i appreciate all the comments and concerns. I guess i was real lucky, and things could have been a lot worse. Not feeling bad at all today. Neck's just a little sore, and on the pec where the seatbelt was. It's not bad at all though.

Thanks, i appreciate it. That car was actually an accord. haha. Yea, there was lots of room in it, but it seems like it's almost impossible to find any accords! Civics are much more plentiful.

8-30-08:

Bench:
135x5
145x5
150x4
115x10

Chins w/ band: 3x5

Keg Cleans: 3/3

made these heavier by filling the keg totally, and then adding some sand. I also have a keg completely full of sand+whatever water would fit that probably weighs 260-270 that i will work up to

Stones:
loaded the 230 twice to 50ish inches
tried 270 which i broke off the ground 3 times, but couldn't lap. I'm going to make a 250 or so stone soon. Gotta keep pounding the heavier stones for reps, and work on lapping.

video of the keg cleans and stones:

no. It's supposed to mimic the load of a stone. You don't hold stones at the top. It's just supposed to be explosive.

Get closer to the rail so that you dont have to walk with the stone. Its already high on you when youre walking and you have no energy or leverage to pop it up without bringing it lower to your lap.

Also, stay on your feet. Save that one legged shit for lunges and tires.
