well, i had to get a tetanus shot over the weekend, because i cut my finger open at work on a trash can. This morning, i felt a bit sick from the shot, and my arm was twitching throughout the day. Doctor told me to keep the bandages on for 3 days, and i took them off after a day because i'm cool like that. ha!
Anyway, i'm thinking since fall is approaching, it's time to gain some weight. Probably 15lbs, but we'll see. I have a perfect diet strategy down.

C'mon.. go for more then 15lbs.. I hope your strategy involves lots of meat haha.
every day, i'm going to drink a 2 liter protein concoction. It'll have:
2 liters milk (800cal)
4 scoops protein (400cal)
3-4 tbsps peanut butter (400cal)
2-3 raw eggs or egg whites (210cal)
couple scoops chocolate ice cream (150cal)
few tbsps malt powder. (100cal)
that's in addition to 3-4 other full meals. It'll come to around 2000 calories. Then over the weeks, i'll add more stuff to it. More eggs, more peanut butter, or maybe some dried skim milk powder (which is an easy way to get more calories in).
Tonight i had a big bowl of easy cowboy beans (from marunde's site):
OK boys and girls, you're gonna love this coyboy recipe. It makes a great Tupperware take anywhere meal but watch out!.... Coyboys live outside, where you should be after you eat a mess of this grub. If you don't think farts are funny then you better stay away from this one. Don't say we didn't warn you.
1-1 1/2 pounds ground beef or Stew Beef
1 red or green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 can (16 ounces) baked beans
1 can (15-1/2 ounces) Great Northern beans, rinsed, drained
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup prepared steak sauce
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Brown ground beef with bell pepper and onion in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is not pink, breaking beef up into 1-inch crumbles.
Pour off drippings; season with salt and pepper.
Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally

You spend way too much time watching videos of hot girls working out.

Yea, that doesn't sound normal ... did you let the doc know?
no, it was at one of those quick clinic thingies.....
if you google tetanus reactions, you'll see a lot of people get flu like symptoms from the shot. So, i don't think it's really abnormal. My parents said that last time they got theirs, that their arm was sore as well.
