i forgot to post what i did yesterday. i have my notebook in my car, and don't feel like looking for it. But i did something like this:
Farmers straight shot:
180x1 run
200 (i think. it was something in the 2s)x1 run
picked up 220-225 i think w/ a 10 second hold. the pick was hard, but the hold was not that bad
then i did a fast 180 run w/ a turn. This was pretty fast and pretty easy.
Then today i went paint balling for 5hrs for my friend's bachelor party. Then we went to a good steak place where i got a delicious 12oz sirloin, sweet potato, big salad, and bread. It was great. Paintballing is fun, except when you get hit in the hand at close range and it hits so hard that it bleeds.
Since this is pretty much my personal life log and less about squatting, ha!, going on a date/lunch/coffee thing monday.
