This is when you need to strike Alco, strike and strike it hard.

LMFAO!

My coworkers once told me that based on my "back in the day" (ie, 80s big hair and groupie regalia) pix that they saw (thanks, Mom!) they would have classified me as a "soft target".

Looks can be deceiving.

ETA: and that's the end of Tina's TMI time. I'm giddy at the thought of more calories for the next week, apparently.

4-15-08

Log Clean and Jerk:
133x2
145x1
160x1
169xmx2
169x1 (pr! This was the fastest, best jerk of the day)
180xm (just had to try it.)

Incline DB Press:
50x10
60x5x2

DB Rows:
80x8x2

Good workout. Hit my goal for the press for may, basically, since i was using kilo plates, so i'm happy about that. My back is pretty sore from all the work i've been doing recently, which i'm not too happy about. I would have done more rows and pressing, but i had to go to work.

You hit your press goals, but you jerked it.
Press it.

Good weight though.

This squat freak log has very little squatting in it. That must be remedied:

4-15-08: Accessory Day

3rd day back from dieting. All weights in kg:

OH Squat: 40, 50, 60/3, 70, 75, 80/2, 85, 90, 95/1

Front Squat: 120, 130, 135, 140, 140/3

Front Squat holds: 160, 180, 200/3

Chinups: BW/10, 10, 6

Felt weak as shit on the FS but dieting will do that for the first week. OH squats were good. Holding 200kg really dug into my clavicle. 200kg also looks pretty fucking sick on the bar, cant wait to front squat that shit

I dont have an online log, and if I do, I no nothing about it and it was probably made by Jimmy's disgruntled foreign webmaster seeking revenge and trying to scam me.

Just a quick workout today. Back was still a little sore, but feels a lot better. Length was 50-60ft, but i'll just count as 50

Yoke:
310x50ftx2
400x50ft
450x50ft (ties pr! and pretty much sets my goal for may).

I'm really happy with this. I haven't done yoke in a month. Weights felt pretty easy and i concentrated on small quick steps rather than long quick steps. It wasn't too fast, but it was faster than last time i took 450, and i think faster than my 380 a month ago. I was good for 475, but had to go to work. I really want to get 500 on there and try it. Next time!

I have a video, but i'm at school. I'll upload when i get home.

Happy!

wow, that Jimmy thread is crazy. I guess the internet can really show people's true colors, even if we are all pathetic....

Who wants to lay odds that Jimmy comes on here pimping a new product in a few months, and says his username was hacked and that wasn't really him posting.

Nice work the with yoke brotha, cool video.

So you have a yoke at your house? cool. Do you have to get a yoke custom made, or is it adjustable or something, because if somebody not-giant got under that yoke, wouldn't they be too short to use it(they'd just drag it along the ground)

and what jimmy thread!!! link please?

the yoke is custom made, but it's an adjustable bar, so midgets like you can fit under it fine.
