it will be july 5th in downtown kokomo. chad thinks 3-4000 people will be walking around. Plus, each show he does is a fundraiser for a good cause.
you would probably do well on stones still.
If you are considering this, you really should do it. You can't really pick a better show to do than his. They're always well run, and fast paced. Plus, he always puts a sadistic medley in that makes at least 1/2 the competitors spew.

I found the problem in your training, you just dont have enoug 'crazy shit' in it.
I suggest doing 135lbs deadlifts to failure to bring up your pull, it HAS to work. Also, add chains to every curl variation, not around the bar, thats stupid. Add them around your body of course!
If you can keep this up for 3.2 weeks then you can drink this:

that was actually kinda fun. the handles moved close together at lockout, so you got more tri involvement. I may use it for a few weeks as an accessory for my overhead. Plus, it doesn't put any stress on my back.

I have access to every hammer strength machine ever invented I think Ive thought about trying something for accessory work.. but I think one of the powerlifters would beat me, or one the bodybuilders would tell me to go back to my rack.

Raw lifting (just a belt, maybe knee/wrist wraps) I like best, but thats just because I dont have to think about it. In a raw contest, the strongest guy wins. The problem is with raw lifting, the great lifters are lifting gear so seeing the raw 'records' makes me feel stronger then i am.
it's all a matter of preference. Arguing over geared vs. non geared is like a basketball player saying his sport is better than football because they don't wear pads. It's stupid. Just pick which one you like, and then lift in it. Whenever you have a strength board, you always have things like this come up on them, and then you have ignorant people, who have never even tried on a pair of briefs talking about how they are cheating, and whatever. They're two totally different things, one's not better than the other, it's all preference.

when I do one day use some equipment im going 100% all out hahaha. Big canvas squat suit, metal breifs, 3meter knee wraps, double ply bench shirt and new gen deadlift suit. Its will be fantastic.
everything's going up. lat's feeling better so i can't complain. I got my grades w/ 3 As and 2 Bs. Life's good right now. Chad said to just make sure i'm getting stronger/improving EVERY workout. I really want to dominate this contest in July, and to not disappoint family and friends who made the trip to watch. I need to keep my training intensity up, my mind straight, and keep hitting PRs.
