That omelet thing of yers reminds me of when I used to eat a dozen eggs for like three weeks for breakfast. Stomach was never fuller.

Don't know about you bud, but I never use anything but the whole egg. I'm sorry, but I enjoy getting my fat-soluble vitamins, vitamin D, and all my saturated/unsaturated fatty acids.

Axle press:
155x2
170x1 (5lb pr)
175xalmost. couldn't lock out the left side)
155x2

Deads on jump stretch platform against purples (speed):
195x1x7
Sam and i did these rotating back and forth quickly. Finished in about 4 minutes.

SSB Squats:
225x2x2
245x2
275x1
295x1 (pr)
245x3

BA Chins:
5/5/5

Face Pulls: 3x12

that's my first 300lb squat, since i'm counting the bar as only 45, but weighs 65. I was tempted to go for 3 plates, but decided against it. Squats are feeling really good right now.

we were all going to do bis and tris today, with tricep kickbacks and concentration curls, but realized that today isn't arm day! The idea of chest and back was thrown out, but we all know that that is done on monday. We all know this... it's like a commandment or something.

I think i'm going to focus on maybe doing 5s on overhead presses for a week or two, and then go to some sets of 3s. Maybe stay away from singles for awhile.

Remember guys, do your scapular retractions!!!

Nice squat bitch.

Does the ssb feel much different than a straight bar does? I don't mean on your back, but the movement.

You're making some great progress on your squats! I like the SSB, though it feels really unsteady at first.

yea, the ssb pitches you forward a lot, and it makes sure you keep a tight arch on the squat, or you'll fall forward, and basically get made the bar's bitch.

Thanks Jill!

So, was the squat 295, 300, or 315, math man?

Good job!

ok...

the SSB is 65lbs, i believe, but i count it in my log as 45 because it's easier that way.

So, i counted it as 295, but if the bar's 65, then it's actually 315.

It's basically just a way i can stay consistent with the numbers...

i think that makes sense.

Alco, stop being a fag and put the right weight on, and eat the whole egg.

An egg white is not a whole egg. So, when you use up this carton of egg whites, Miss, don't buy more of them. Buy eggs.

Bench:
155x3x2

DB Bench:
35+mini around back x10x2
50x8x3

Fat Man Rows:
2 sets

Hammer Curls:
2 sets

I'll do overhead as the first movement next week, and then throw in some floor presses for 6's or so for the second movement.
