Thanks Mindpower,

I pretty much took 5-10lbs of most lifts, and lowered the reps, - I just took 3 weeks off lifting. This should make sure I can make some good progress over the next 6 weeks or so!

Anyway, I\'ve switched around the deadlift and power cleans.

I was doing Pull-ups, but I\'ve sold my chinup/dip thingo, so can\'t do those anymore - (thats why i modified the program).

As for triceps work, I don\'t think its necessary - never seemed to do anything for me, and all i can do it barbell/dumbbell extensions anyway - although I\'d like to try some rack lockouts or something next year when i join a gym.

Thanks guys,

Now for some stuff not related to training:

I formally graduated from high school last night(Monday night), graduation night was better than I expected it to be.

On friday I finally recieved my guitar amplifier(fuck yeah!), which i have been waiting patiently for 5 months since I ordered it... the dsl401

Well, its freaking awesome...

Thanks Mindpower,

I\\\'d like to be able to train the BB Bench like I do the row

I think I might go for a 335lb ass-to-grass Squat at the end of this cycle(end of nov).

-Nice squat workout, I think I can still manage a 11lb increase next week though
-Presses went well too, I think my DB rowing is kinda crap compared to my BB rowing
-Haven\'t weighed myself in a bit, gained 2-3lbs, probably over 2 weeks I\'d guess, been trying to eat more, to gain a bit of muscle in my last 4 weeks of weight training(for a couplemonths)
-I\'m thinking about buying something cheap to get my calories up that I can stash in my room(my parents make it hard for me to eat enough - and no, im not a crazy fatass who always wants to bulk, I\'m a skinny guy who wants to bulk), any suggestions (keyword=cheap).

-Last weeks curls were actually 3 x 8 x 69lbs, i made a typo and forgot to add the 3lb bar(lol)
-Weight seems to be coming up nicely, I\\\'ve been eating a bit more lately
-I had a 1500+ calorie post workout meal(at 1am right after workout), 400g of swedish meatballs, 1 litre of low fat milk(Damn my parents and their low fat milk!)

7/11/07 Tuesday
Weight:180

sets x reps x weight

ATG Squat
3 x 5 x 278.3lbs 11lb PR

Press
3 x 5 x 129.8lbs 5.5lb PR

Reverse Lunge(DB\'s)
3 x 8 x 55lbs

Dumbbell Rows
3 x 12 x 82.5lbs 5.5lb PR

Comments:
-I did the slowest squat I have ever done in this workout, paused mid rep, then grinded it out. I could feel myself almost starting to go back down.
-Rest of the workout was good too, still not a fan of lunges though, they bother my left knee a bit when it is behind me.
-180lbs this morning, i probably still have a bit of last nights food weighing me down
-2050cal post workout meal(Big PR) - 4 slices of some special bread with 2 slices cheese each and lots of butter + 1litre of milk - I think I probably made up for eating crap all during the day with that

I\'m thinking of taking a rest day today. Yesterday\'s workout was supposed to be on Monday, so I\'m not sure if I\'ll workout today too and get back to normal M/W/F schedule.
