Im lazy today. First day of spring break will do that I think.

Sumo deadlifts
135 x 5
225 x 5
315 x 5
365 x 1
405 x 1
405 x 1
405 x 1
405 x 1
405 x F
365 x 1
365 x 1
385 x 1
385 x 1

Pullups
bw x 8
x6
x6

Leg Extensions
heavy x 20
x20
x20

Some side raises and such.

Sumo deadlifts confuse the hell out of me. Some of those 405lbs lifts felt like I had another 200+lbs in me, then somtimes I would lock my legs out to early and not even get the damn thing far off of the floor. Oh well. Im tired today, didnt get much sleep. Probally no late night workout but who knows.

I was gonna say, how many PM workouts can you do in one day?!?! Nice pull Jimmy! I'm still working back up to 340. Tried 350 last workout but couldn't lock it out. Season starts in 2 weeks, so I'll be switching up to a 3 x 3 scheme which has helped me add poundage in the past. We'll see how that works out. After the season ends, I'll start off season training in mid June. I weighed myself at school today: 198.2 pounds on a mostly empty stomach (first thing in the morning I only had a spoonful of PB in me). I'm getting too fat. My goal is by my birthday to be down to a lean 185.

Conventional Deadlift (6' bar [32 lbs])
122 lbs x 4
172 lbs x 3
212 lbs x 2
262 lbs x 1
317 lbs x F
302 lbs x F
282 lbs x 1

So it didn't go as well as planned. I have a bunch of excuses, but the reality is, I didn't get my 317 lbs or 302 lbs. I am going to have to do some work on volume to get it. The 317 lbs did move about 3 mm off the ground, which is cool.
