Yeah.. I have to much spare time..

Mon/Wed/Fri I have only one class, which my girlfriend also has (can steal notes if wanted), plus its only Pass/Fail. haha. Figure I may as well take advantage before I have to get a real job.

I seriously sit on my ass for 6-7 hours a day watching tv, and playing on my computer, maybe go biking if there is no snow. I should probally get a job or something.

Dont rush things bro,
High School is lots of fun (for most), most people dont realise this until they are done it unfortunatley. The key is to just take it easy, concentrate on the stuff that matters, forget about the stuff that doesnt. Its awesome being in college, so look forward to it, but enjoy what you got.

I am picking up 455 lbs of iron this weekend to put into the garage. I will be augmenting HGM with my DL race training. Plus, I can take a picture and movies of me smiling as I smoke young PA.

I figure if I actually get to 405 at less than 160 lbs BW, someones gonna call shitbull on my pull.

Nah, the thing is, there is no prize for winning, I dont think anyone is going to lie on here because they wouldnt even get anything.

Ive whitnessed a 160-170lbs kid pull 650lbs, after seeing that I realise that anything is possible if you train hard enough.

Was rushing when I wrote that,

Anyway, 10 sets of deadlifts are KILLER wow. I dont understand myself on the sumo deads, the first rep is by far the hardest. If I can do one, I could probally do 5 it seems.. I think its a form issue. I was pretty tired this morning though, maybe that had something to do with it.

But, because its been discussed on here before: Im setting a deadlift PR, on feb 24th... 20th b-day, I cant fail.

Sumo..

I have gotten a 505lbs sumo deadlift within about 2 inches of lockout before... But just couldnt finish it (probally due to uneccessary volume before that lift). It wasnt even a strength issue, more of a form one, I had locked out my legs far to early in the lift. Hadnt done much for sumo pulling before this.

Im hoping for around 520lbs.. A nice 25lbs PR. Should be attainable.. Right now im nto using any powerlifting gear to help out on my lifts. When I put on a belt and wear my chuck t's my deadlift goes up around 50lbs.

Well, yeah, I am not going to pick it up all at once. I'll load it plate by plate into the car.

I am planning on weening myself away from the gym as my contract runs out. I think I am locked in for 2 years, so that gives me time to build my own garage gym. Just he basics are all I need, cage, bench, weight, DBs, UFC ring girl.

I pay $50.00 a month for the gym. If I use my own inhome gym, I will save $18,000.00 over the next 30 years.

PM workout:
Paused (at bottom) leg press
4 plates x 6
6 plates x 6
8 plates x 6
9 plates x 6
x6
x6

Pullups
bw x 6
x6
x6
x6

Leg Extensions (paused at bottom)
135 x 20
150 x 20
150 x 20

Seated Rows
heavy x 10
x 10
x 10

then some side raises and such for a few minutes.

Pausing everything makes it hard. I could hardly walk after this workout. I will need the next 2 days off. Probally bump up the cals a bit too.

On another note.. got lots of stuff from trueprotien.com today. Good here quick, the mystery formula that I made tastes like soap

That sucks, since trueprotein isn't cheap. What proportions did you use?

Hmmm, I thought it was really damn cheap, mind you we pay way more for supplements in canada.

After drinking another drink it kinda grew on me, at least it isnt thick. Its just ion-exchange whey, waxy maize and dextrose, I forget the exact ratios but the macro breakdown is about the same as surge.

Yeah i thought it was damn cheap too, its cheaper than getting anything here in Australia, even with the shipping being half the cost ha ha.

It's also fun to make your own stuff. I got 30%dextrose, 30%maltodextrin, 30%hydrolyzed whey, 10%BCAA's. All for less than the price of Biotest's GROW(in Australia). And like 10x cheaper than surge.

Do you trust it Frank? I mean you trust they're putting in what they say they are?

I pay ~40 for a tub of protein powder that lasts me about three months (not sure about that, guessing) and then ~5 for a container of gatorade that lasts a couple weeks tops. If your way is cheaper I just may have to give it a try...

same here. I wouldnt want to buy a srge-like blend, because then I'd have to buy whey only powder too.

What's going on? I'm confused. Why would you have to buy a whey only powder?

Barbell Back Squat ATG:
190lbs x 9(PR +10lbs)
190lbs x 9(PR +10lbs)
190lbs x 9(PR +10lbs)
190lbs x 9(PR +10lbs)

Barbell Standing Calf Raise:
190lbs x 9
190lbs x 9
190lbs x 9
190lbs x 9

Ab Wheel Rollout(on knees):
BW x 9
BW x 9
BW x 9
BW x 9

Pretty short workout, but most of mine are, thats the way i like it, Squat PR was good, although i think i will keep it at 190 for atleast another couple weeks.
Put on some music today, had the band Disturbed playing all throughout the house, I think it really does help!
