give it a try, and see how it works out! If you start to feel rundown on your workouts, i would switch around the days, giving more rest to the days that are more important (like if you need more speed, put DE days at the end of the week w/ a rest day before), or something like that.

I'll be watching!

My shoulders suckkkkkkkk!!!!

I did the overhead throws straight down caught the ball off the bounce and that was one rep after 10 reps id do a chest pass sprint after it try to catch it on the bonce and that was one rep

i really didn't want to run, but had to for gym, and my legs and lower back were sore from yesterday so i just went slow

Is that a milk carton you're squatting on? With each rep I was worried it was going to tip over or break! Hope it's sturdy.

yea its a milk crate... but i've squatted over 300 lbs on it and i know a few 600+ squatters that squat off a milk crate so I think it will be fine intill I go off to college next year

just an fyi, i work at a grocery store, and stood on a milk crate to get something, and broke it. And, i only weigh 230. so...... be careful.
