give it a try, and see how it works out! If you start to feel rundown on your workouts, i would switch around the days, giving more rest to the days that are more important (like if you need more speed, put DE days at the end of the week w/ a rest day before), or something like that.

I did the overhead throws straight down caught the ball off the bounce and that was one rep after 10 reps id do a chest pass sprint after it try to catch it on the bonce and that was one rep
