My body hurts just from watching that snatch video. I mean it. You caused me physical pain.
On a serious note, those are some sweet numbers man. Keep it up.

Alright... so my life has been busy as of late. I have been wrestling since November 15th. I am wrestling at the 215-pound weight class despite only weighing around 200. Our team this year is very good. So far our record is 12-0. I unfortunately hurt my knee before the first match and did not get to wrestle in every match. I ended up bruising the bone, tearing my lateral meniscus, and spraining my LCL. I was out for about 2 week. I ended up missing 5 matches. I since then have wrestled 7 going 6-1. Our team and I are looking to make some noise in the state and things are looking pretty good. Since wrestling is very high demand lifting has not been a common occurrence. Wrestling is from 4-6:30. We usually start off with some sort of run for about a half an hour. Our running is always intense. We then go in the room and drill and practice new moves and old moves. We do this in till about 5:30. We then do 30-45 minutes of live wrestling. For the rest of practice we condition. We usually do a circuit of bodyweight exercises. So practice is very hard. I never really get a chance to lift.
Today I really felt the urge to lift so I did after practice
I warmed up then did
Deadlift 45x5 135x5 225x5 295x3 365x1 415x1
And then called it a day
I also got calipers for Christmas so I attempted to figure out my body fat. I took measurements from 7 sites and the results are as follows
The Abdominal Site: 12 mm
The Triceps Site 22 mm
The chest site: 8 mm
The Midaxillary Site: 4 mm
The Subscapular site: 7mm
The Suptailiac Site: 9 mm
The Thigh Site: 12 mm
This brings my body fat to 12%
Which makes my fat mass 24 lbs and my lean mass 176. This reading seems about right from my observations. It may be slight low. I know I need to work on taking readings, but I think some are too high (triceps) and some are too low (Midaxillary) so it evened out.

WRESTLING IS FINALLY OVER!!!!
]
so it has been a while since my last update. I ended the season with a record of 23-3. I took 5th place in counties, and regions. I missed going to states in a very close match. It was me and the county champ and I lost 9-8 in the final seconds, but its okay because wrestling is fianlly over. I can start to lift again and lacrosse starts on thursday. I am taking this week off then I will start lifting

Foam rolling
Warm-up
Box Squats 45x10 135x5 155x3 185x3 205x3 225x3 245x3 275x3
Good Mornings 135x5 185x5 185x5 185x5 PR
Abdominal Fall Out with Blast Straps 3x10
Then I did more ab stuff
Alright I think the Box Squats might have been a PR, but thats only because i haven't done triples of the box in a long time. I felt very weak, but am hoping the strength comes back soon. I know my lower back and abs suck so I am doing extra work on them.
Lacrosse is going well, and I am hoping to make at least 3rd team all county this year
