I have those wraps, make sure you get 2M for IPF (they are ipf legal, right? im not sure).

You will like them I think, throw them on pretty tight and they will help your squat.

Take care of yourself, especially if it's mono. You want to enjoy that summer vacation!

Tuesday
I did some speed pulls. I was disappointed in my lack of ability to rig up some sort of way to pull against heavy band tension. I ended up doing a lot of sets of sumo speed pulls. Prolly worked up to about 400 +#3 band and some chain

Wednesday
Dragged the sled around for a bit

Sounds like you are feeling better. Nice pulling!
You need to save up for one of these.

today

Squat
45x10 135x5 225x3
*suit on*
295x1
*straps and wraps*
365x1 415x1 415x1 415x1

Deadlift'
suit belt
365x1 415x1 465x1 505x1 545x0

should have tried 535... I have the lockout need to work off the floor...

This was my first week back while working full time and then being sick on top of that led to not the best of training week

I have modified my schedule to work around my work schedule
I dont have as long to lift so I broke it up into smaller sessions

Sun: OFF
Mon: ME Squat/Dead
max squat/dead
speed squat/dead

Tues: ME Shirted Bench
shirt work then lockout work

Wed: All accessory work (Back, Shoulders, Abs, unilateral legs)
Thurs: OFF
Fri: ME raw/DE Bench
Raw work... high volume. Tricep work
Sat: DE Squat/Dead
high volume squats. bands?
Good Mornings

i would do the speed work before the ME work (if im reading that right) do the speed work, then work up to a heavy few reps.

if you want more squat volume, and want to use bands, use reverse bands or chains. Regular bands + high volume will wear you out really fast.
