Nice deadlifts man, but remember, IPF rules = can't drop the bar! You gotta lower it with your hands still gripping it, and without just dropping it!

And your meet is IPF rules yeah?

Are you just being lazy? or losing grip?

yea damn IPF... thats no fun.

I lost grip on 505 but thats because i started to fall forward and was too forward the whole lift. 525 was smooth and easy grip was not a problem. So I guess I'm just being lazy

its not just ipf.. no feds your allowed to drop the bar. always have to bring it down in control.

Your sumo deads are looking really good, you have a far nicer sumo form then i do. Just make sure you are confident at the lockout because you will have to look at the judge and he will signal for you to lower it. You can drop it pretty fast though.. just have to stay in control.
