ahah yea I do it to get my footing the exact same everytime
I love deadlifting
Rev Band Deadlifts135x5 225x3295x1 365x1 415x1 465x1 505x1 525x1 PR
Pulls felt weaker then last week 505 felt much heavier. But I had one hell of a pull with 525. I felt like I was pulling forever... It just showed me that if I can get it off the ground I will always finish. I need to do some deficit work now
Dimel Deadlifts
225x20 225x20 225x20 225x20
Standing Abs
65x12 85x12 85x12 85x12
was going to do some split squats but I have practice tomorrow and would like to kind of be able to run

knee cap to lockout fast, consecutively. They are a killer hamstring movement. We used to do them for high reps (15-20)
